Bit of a pity that the sister doesn't know that her brother was a corrupt cop who took revenge for her sake by taking Toro's dad's life and framing Toro for it. Extra irony given the fact that the police woman who save them from the corrupt police chief was the one who actually killed her brother.

While this attempt at Torro’s life is misguided because we previously that Torro wasn’t the one who killed her brother. Nonthless, I feel everyone forgets that apart from being a POS ex boyfriend, he’s literally a criminal and has hurt alot of people. Karma was bound to strike, I fear he’s not destined for a happy ending considering how many bad ones he’s dished out to others.
