Yes, the list is updated as the versions go by, unwanted characters are removed from the vote to make room for new characters. Patreons can suggest characters in the comments but we cannot guarantee they will appear on the voting list.

I swear it's usually the same characters. I wonder if someone will add someone from different animes.
