I might be reviewing Doom console ports for the rest of my life but I don't think that would be so bad! 

Doom 64 was already a masterpiece but the Remaster only improves on the legacy. I've been incredibly hype about it on streams, and I finally got my act together and gave it a whole video!

Also, update on game club voting and streams: My family is dealing with a health emergency right now, and helping them out is going to derail some scheduled streams and production. This will be the only video the patreon will be charged for this month, and we're not going to be able to do the Punching Weight Wednesday stream tonight. The best place to find out if/when that will be rescheduled is on twitter. We're still planning on keeping up with the new updates on our Patreon though! Like, for example, the podcasts and the game club.

"Thankfully, bad taste prevailed!" is absolutely the most Punching Weight line of dialogue ever, I love it. That said, absolutely take care of family stuff first - and, if necessary, yourselves right after. Know from experience that this kind of stuff is hella stressful, so don't go pushing yourselves too hard.

I have never played a single second of a single Doom game. The only one I own is the 32x version. It’s supposed to be quite terrible and you only bring it up in your Honey ad...that being said, should I play the one I have, or buy another version?

Down here in Texas we pronounce Villarreal as the only slightly gringo-ish vih-lah-ree-AL. Although, it's a Spanish name, so you can just drop it into Google Translate and it'll learn you.
