Update Video!! Huge change to SSFF Patreon (Patreon)

Hi guys!

(First off, want to say that we will also be talking about this during the podcast recording today on the discord at 4PM PT!! See you there!)

TLDW;  We are basically, cutting our Patreon income in half, but we are hoping the change will allow us to grow the channel and have more flexibility to pick video topics based on more factors than “can we get it done in two weeks”.

We just made a big change to the Patreon and switched from per video to monthly!

What will change for you:

1. You will only be charged once and limits are gone! So for example, if you were pledged at $1 a month with a limit of $2 for the entire month, you will only pay $1.
2. Better videos!
3. That's it! 

We’re not making any changes to the way the Patreon tiers work. $1 still gets you all the benefits. We are also adding a goal to get to 1% of our subscriber count, which should get us back to what we were making before on “per video”.

We also made a video explaining our thought process behind the change which will go up on youtube tomorrow. I hope it sets the stage for why although it’s an overdue change, it’s still a risk financially. If you had a limit set before, consider going into Patreon and resetting your pledge to what is comfortable for you.
