Prince 64 - When Doves Cry N64 Desert Video Game Cover

this is a sort of cover of the Prince song When Doves Cry in the style of a Nintendo 64 game desert song like Gobi Valley or Gerudo Desert. Call me the Smooth McGroove of N64 Prince covers and also Justin Bieber.

When you said n64 cover I thought you meant the silly piano covers you did of spiral mountain this is probably better than that scenario lmao

If Prince heard this in 1997 he would of insisted in developing a N64 game.

That was wonderful, Austin! I could listen to it again and again (and will do so). Golden Eye Prince and the Guitar of Waves are the icing on the cake. ^^

This is waaay way underrated. This really took talent and a lot effort, I'm sure of it. To replicate the zaney synths and corky percussive sounds that we all recognize as the 1990's N64 sound AND THEN apply that to a complex song like "When Doves Cry?" That's nuts! Not to mention simplifying it so that it fits the N64 style but is recognizable as "When Doves Cry." Job WELL done.

I know this is super late, but I have to say that this cover is very good.
