Eidolon: Digital Download Issues (Patreon)

Hi Everyone!

This morning I encouraged you all to follow our upcoming project Eidolon: The Ghost Market on Backerkit. When you do, you'll receive an email giving you links to two digital downloads. However, at least one patron reported being unable to access the downloads through that email—and when I tested it I have the same issue. This is some sort of technical issue with Backerkit, because the files are uploaded and available. So in order to get your downloads, here's what to do.

Log into Backerkit.

Search for "Eidolon" and go to the project.

If you've followed it, you should see an option to "Download Your Digital Bonus" at the top. Click that.

That will take you to a page where you can download them!

Thanks again for your support!
