Hello Patrons!

This month has been busier than ever. Now that things are out in the open I can reveal that I've been working on Eberron: Rising from the Last War with Wizards of the Coast, while also developing "Project Raptor" on my own and creating an Adventure Zone game with my company Twogether Studios. Not to mention GenCon at the start of the month and DragonCon in a few days! If you're going to DragonCon, you can follow the link to find my schedule.

However, all this means I haven't had much time to devote to the website. You WILL see more articles in September, including some previews of what you'll find in Project Raptor. For now, while I don't have time to do a proper article, I don't want to leave you all with nothing to show for the month. With that in mind, if you have any SMALL questions, post them here and I'll see if I can do a lightning round Q&A before I get pulled into DragonCon!

Thanks for your support!

DragonCon, Eberron, and Project Raptor

It's been a long month! Earlier in August, Wizards of the Coast announced Eberron: Rising From The Last War . I can confirm that I've been working on this book throughout the year, and I'm excited to see it coming to fruition.

If a dragonmarked heir became a warlord of Droaam somehow, would anyone call them out for violating the Korth Edicts?

In an episode of Manifest Zone you (I think!) mentioned that the giants of Xen'drik were more like titans rather than the several sub-races that exist now. Could you expand on that at all? If the giants were like titans did the dragons curse the race when they destroyed their empire, deliberately fragmenting the race so they could not rise to dominance again? Alternatively, what was the giant culture like - did storm giants boss hill giants around? Were hill giants (being less intelligent) the weak link in the empire that allowed the elves to start their rebellion?

A plurality of Khorvaire's population centers are close to major rivers or large water bodies. Is there any enterprising interest in building a canal system between/among Silver Lake/Dagger River/ Lake Brey?

I am using Sarmondelaryx as a Patron for one of my players, in my campaign she has been sealed by Harryn Stormblade a couple of centuries prior to the start of our campaign. What kind of goals would you think she would be aspiring to for when she manages to get released ? Grudges, goals, plots, anything ?

The church of the silver Flame seems to have a lot of variance in its presentation by author. Structurally, it consistently has the big three orders of ministers/Templars/friars. Are other orders subsidiaries of those? Same organizational level but smaller and less prominent?

Sheelidar are those blessed by the Dark Six with enchantment and illusion powers, namely in the Shadow Marches and Drooam. However I was under the impression that the Cults of the Dragon Below and the Gatekeepers rule the Marches. Is worship of the Host notable in the swamps? Or would this discrepancy point to the Daelkyr being involved? Edit: (Apologies to anyone who's seen this question before)With half-giant populations in Xen'drik and ogres in Khorvaire, do populations of Eneko occur in the trade cities like Sharn, Graywall and Stormreach? Or is their nomadic Syrkarn roots an important aspect of the race?

Do the halflings of Talenta have a different name for their race?

If Aberrant Mark's can't be passed on like normal Dragonmarks, what is life typically like for the children of House Tarkanan?
