Hey guys, Dizzasta here.

Been a while since I last sent out an update to you guys.

As of two hours ago, Yamato and Hayabusa have put the finishing touches on the last script... OF SEASON ONE... OF SWORD ART ONLINE ABRIDGED... barring a need for future all caps usage!

Now comes the need to dive into the casting process before the holiday season consumes our lives like a fat man over a plate of cookies.

That's right, Santa! I'm putting you on blast! LOSE SOME WEIGHT YOU FAT FUCK!

okay, I lied about the all caps thing... but still GET HYPED!

It's interesting that casting is a major part of the work this many episodes in. I guess there's the fisherman guy, but what else?

Matthew Young

I'd be interested to know what the typical effort breakdown is for the various stages of production (writing/casting/recording/editing) for SAO abridged. I always thought editing took the longest, but after reading these updates for a while I'm no longer sure that is the case.

Something Witty Entertainment

In most cases, you'd be right. It's just taken us a lot longer to write this one because it's the season finale and we really want to make sure it's perfect.

Sarah Schaefer

Yes, I am so excited. Can't wait to see how you end this season. Keep up the good work.

Calavid

wait, does that means next episode is the last? or does that mean youve finished the scripts till episode 15?

Virginia Doran

CONGRATULATIONS! Been following you for awhile, SO proud! <3

Caleb Johnson

As long as i know you are working on it a lot, i wont care how long it takes becouse you guys are awsome and if it takes you a wile i know you are just trying to make it that much better

Caleb Johnson

Its abridged there not a 1:1 ratio

Oh man this has me grinning like a fox eating shit out of a hair brush! Season 1 finale is definitely gonna be something special!

Bea

Casting, you say? Out of curiosity, is there a way in which one might go about auditioning?

Shivan

If you find you are in need for a voice, know that I can say the word "Oh." in a most convincing manner. It has been remarked upon by strangers.

Caleb Johnson

Do you think it will come out befor cristmas

LL

oh

Adam Ithiel

Well, that's a disturbingly explicit mental image; my prefrontal cortex shan't nearly be able to expunge that with sufficient enough expediency - I can assure you. ... Undoubtedly, I approve.

kyle meyer
