2 Sep dev test version (Patreon)

Operators, here's today's dev testing version!  The only change in this version is working code that makes sure the player doesn't pick too many/too few academic skills.  It's only implemented on one screen at present, but will be used on all subsequent Lifepath screens.

As usual please don't share this file with others – it's incomplete, and would give new players a terrible first impression of the game (because it breaks during the Lifepath; there's literally no way to start the mission).  I would hate to see copies of dev tests out in the wild, because they would harm the reputation of the game.  This is for your eyes only!
