I have a few supporters that claim  that it's too hard to access their benefits/rewards.I will be honest... The posting system is not really the best thing...Discord has way more advantages on terms of structuring and management.Almost every game has it's own discord and clicking some buttons on the mouse shouldn't be too hard... Yeah some probably make a discord for the first time, but that takes like 2 minutes.It's not like I'm asking a fan to go grab me something from the fridge... that would be way too savage.After all the only thing I ask for is some understanding.

Your system works fine for me. I see nothing wrong with it or any reason to change it. What I would do is put a direct Discord link on your page. I would even raise my tier if I wasn't involved with my own Paetron site.

There has always been a direct discord link. Some people maybe don't want to use a second application.

It doesn't matter to me, I'm on Discord anyway, but I see how other people would find it frustrating to have to go to another platform that they might not use just to download the game/wallpapers/whatever. Most games might have their own discord, but you're the only dev (at least, the only one I've ever heard of) who's forcing your patrons to use discord to get the rewards.

Many devs are doing this now but discord get's real crowded real quick and its hard to find the channel/post with the thing you want to find. Each dev uses a different structure etc.. Patreon also not ideal - scrolling through infinite posts to fine the one that has the content you want..

Can you link the discord post here? I use both but don't know much about either. I have no problems with access. And when I see your post about an update here I just go to discord. Seems easy enough for me.

2026-09-05 13:00 Cater to the people who like the way you do things. There are so many Paetron rules about content that you almost have to have a separate place to put some things. Unless your complaining Patrons are big time spenders don't go out of your way to try to please everyone. IT CAN'T BE DONE!
