As you know, this month Cotton was supposed to be the next drawn artwork, but I want to let you know, that the artist was not able to start it yet. He told me he has been very busy with his job and therefore this delay.I intend to commission my other artist for a extra artwork on March to balance it out a bit. Since I'm writting this post, I might as well mention that the game development of Neko Paradise is going at a acceptable pace, but if I would set my own update expectations to March, I would be underestimating my workload. Specially, since this month I'm really packed with a good amount of it. I won't exclude the possibility though...Anyway, I will just do what I've always done and keep it up.Have a nice weekend everyone.

Don't swamp yourself in systems to the detriment of the key aspects of this type of game, relationships, animations, repeatable scenes, good dialog. A farming game isn't going to blow the doors off your audience. Taking what you've already got to the moon is.

I'm aware of the pros and cons of such stuff, of course it's not a priority or so. That's why I'm just slowly working on it. Making the game feel more alive, is even a higher priority than any farming stuff. Right now I'm investing more into content of the important characters.

You've got quite a bit of content already available that is just waiting to be made repeatable in a non-replay way. After you open it the first time, add a dialog option to those characters to go do those scenes. By being in dialog, rather than a replay, it has a completely different vibe. (Some of it isn't showing up in replay anyway, if you missed saving before it it isn't happening again.)

Thanks, it is a interesting idea and I will consider it. Of course some stuff, might be awkard to add it that way.

You are probably familiar, but if not, check out Harem Hotel. It is the only game of this type with long term replayability and staying power, outside of the story. That staying power comes strictly from how they capitalize on their already existing content, and giving users access to it at will.
