I’ve been thinking about this too much tbh. Tanqueray canned gin and tonic. Olive oil, pressed garlic, fresh lime juice, salt and pepper, rosemary, thyme. Smash the rosemary and thyme a bit to infuse with the marinade. Marinade for a couple hours. Grill, serve with java rice and garlic green beans? The sides are what I’m struggling with. The major flavor in gin is juniper, so the rosemary is a bit redundant but I have a lot growing right now and they’re at least complementary.

As far as sides go, you can’t go wrong with duck fat potatoes. Maybe cut ‘em a square of some kind of extremely decadent asparagus gratin too
