The existing guide won out this time, but I've got a lot of work done on another project.

In any case, the Bulldog is kinda one of those units that fits neatly into the Micro Guide space: it's just a box on tracks, so there's not that much to say about it, but it's interesting to see how a Cold War box got updated for operations in the Iraq through the use of add-on armour packages and EW equipment.

We'll see how long it takes for people over on Youtube to figure out that the next Unit Guide will feature something beginning with 'C'... speaking of, I need to find a unit beginning with 'D'. So far, there's pretty much just the Daimler Dingo, which... well, the start of the alphabet is looking a bit Brit-heavy and some variety would be nice.

In other news, Foiling Fustian Mission 3 is next up. This looks like a pretty straightforward defence. In fact, it looks pretty damn easy as it stands and that concerns me. It's probably going to come down to the Shermans... we'll see I guess.

So what’s the big difference in capability between a Bulldog, an YPR/M113 and a Stryker if they walk into a bar? Also include BTR if a more “horizontal” comparison is to be made.

There isn't really a significant difference in capability. They're all variations of metal box, the important part is almost what you can bolt onto it to keep it relevant.

Back a while ago I saw the use of improvised tracked open top vehicles in Syria. The infantry inside often fight mounted, could these thing be seen as the true continuation of the early IFV ideal? (what exactly is an IFV again) Also is Stryker Dragoon an IFV or APC?

Definitely has sandwiches in the back storage, my vic always had a speaker, tobacco, and hidden candy for the rough times.
