Poll 101 Results, Poll 102 and This Week (Patreon)

I guess we missed a week! What with it being Christmas week and releasing the Q&A video doing an update slipped my mind until Wednesday, by which time it was a bit late and I was a bit busy.

Which basically means we have to cast all the way back to Dec 15 to see that Modern Arty/CAS won. That's cool because we can run a more modern arty piece through the new test. M109s perhaps? They get everywhere and I bet we see some more impressive groups than the 105mm Wespes last time.

The next video in the pipe is the conglomeration of the first 15 turns of Metal on Metal. I thought that I'd already rendered that, but obviously not: after a quick check it comes out at about 1 hour 40, or 100 minutes. That's a pretty long video... even with a whole week to catch up on I suspect that could be difficult to digest for some. So I might split it in half and have a two week recce phase to lead into the actual turn-by-turn.

In other news, we're getting to the end of the month so there's a bonus video in the offing as well for the Supertruppen. Not 100% on a topic yet, but I have some ideas.

And that's it. The intention for this time of year is to dial back on the Channel stuff as some kind of holiday... it never works as well as I mean it to because even though the Turn-by-Turn generates a significant amount of pre-made content I always forget I have to respond to daily comments and that's definitely not nothing.

Anyway, I'm not 100% on whether the shorts will keep going once Metal on Metal goes daily, but we'll have a couple of weeks before then. We're back to WW2 with Arty/CAS out of the running, leaving us with infantry firepower and armour penetration to test.
