Loads of fun with these guys! And a pretty reasonable performance to boot.

There's just something fun about a jeep covered in machineguns...

Regarding the possibility of the g-wagons getting arty'd while dismounted, presumably patrolling attack helicopters would be making sure there is no artillery threat in any light infantry fights.

Canadian infantry in MRAPs would be pretty interesting just because it looks like vehicle-wise, it'll be a trade-off between the weight of wire and armor. Idk what the platoon composition is tho.

Those fast G-Wagons are excellently suited for patrolling and reconnaissance. Once having found the enemy, it is hard to imagine a real life scenario in which these Dutch undertake a deliberate assault on a prepared enemy. Seems more likely that they’d keep the enemy under observation and block their escape, all the while waiting for air power or artillery to flatten the defensive position. Imagine playing the Marines in such a PvP game. What do you do, once you have been found, are surrounded, and waiting for the enemy airstrike to arrive?

The Nyalas are basically just trucks. They've got a RWS with a GPMG and some smoke launchers, but that's it. So they're really just battle taxis.

I'm thinking back to WWII and North Africa. Remember the Long Range Desert Group and the SAS? Dual Vickers K mounts on jeeps? Night raids on German airfields?

15:09 definite missed opportunity for using the term dangerzone :(
