Absolutely ran into a wall this week. The new War Room needs more time to cook and No Man's Land 2 is a bit of slog because I'm tackling it too long after we finished and I have to remember what on earth I was trying to do.

So we've got some hot Puma on Greyhound action instead. This has taken a few hours (rather than a few days) and gives me some space to get stuck into the other projects without the time pressure. It would probably be smart to keep a few of these up my sleeve for when I need them...

Plus, it is actually a pretty fun scenario despite my slight slagging off at the beginning.

You mentioned some 'gamism' with the usage of your towed guns as direct fire platforms in the game. I can happily report that the German gun crews were Russian Front veterans and have taken a page from Soviet Army regulations. Towed guns were used by the Red Army as direct fire support when attacking enemy positions. It wasn't preferred, but it did save ammo(vs indirect fire missions) especially for specific targets that were fortified. My only hope is that CM3 allows full use of towed 122mm and 152mm guns in Soviet attacks in WWII. I know Dom is hoping for that as well!

I'm sure I've seen them manhandling 45mm guns onto the upper floors of buildings... But yeah, DF does beat IDF, it's just a lot riskier

that was definitely a fun one to watch, really appreciate the crappier end of the scale when it comes to the vehicles. everyone loves a scout car indeed.
