I'm still not sold on the Rarden, but you know what? That doesn't mean that it does get the job done. Turns out that pixeltruppen who get hit by 30mm HE shells stop being pixeltruppen.

Anyway, bit of an unexpected result. It's going to be interesting seeing how the remaining platoons slot in.

I agree they dont 'feel' as good. I think your line "pixeltruppen who get hit" is the main point. Did you consider making them aim for the building? or was it over to quickly/spotting/tree stopping you?

Honestly, I feel that the syrians kind of got screwed by the positions that the Marines were in when and the angle of attack. Especially the BMP3s, you just couldn't get a good angle for your fire support. Meanwhile, here with the Rardens, Marders and CV90 the Marines were more exposed to longer range Cannon fire. If you gave the Syrian airborne in bmp3s this scenario I think they would do much better.

There was a little area fire in the mix, but mostly the Warriors were just aiming themselves

Potentially. In practical terms, the Syrian Airborne didn't exactly do badly

I didn't know the Warriors had ERA. Nice. The armament pair of cannon/co-ax helps lots I think. I'm not a fan of wildly firing off heavy bursts of cannon shell, and wondered if 3-round bursts might be more accurate. Finally, a mortar, though CM seems to have made using the 51mm pernickity.
