This time the Abrams smacking Russian tanks around and the Sherman 76 plinking the Panther G came out on top, so they're in store on the Shorts front this week. The last shot from the Abrams is a bit cheeky- it actually went down the gun barrel and didn't penetrate the armour, I just didn't really have time to cover that. For the 76 vs Panther... it's kind of annoying that it perpetrates the old "hull down is more dangerous" thread for German tanks... but that's what the results are. That makes the runners up- the Apache cannon and the PaK38 vs Su76- the shorts for next week- I'll get another 4 shorts done in the meantime and get Poll 6 up on Monday!Next for you guys is the next Unit Guide- a bit of a return to the shorter format ones with the one, the only, the FIAT 3000!Overall, as an aside, the shorts are interesting in that they really are driving a lot of views and bringing in a new audience- primarily War Thunder-rers (?) from the looks of it. That's interesting and probably good for the general Youtube algorithm, but it's a little early to tell if that is actually translating into more views of the longer form content.Could be worth thinking up a way to throw more tactical stuff in... somehow. 60 seconds is not a long time to get concepts across.
