Body: Print in place.

Head: Snap-fit to Body using Connector.

Connector: Use to connect the Head to the Body.

Multicolor 3MFs: Compatible with PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio, Orca based slicers(for Orca based slicers… it's often better to use File>Import rather than Open Project, so that it doesn't import any printer specific presets/settings.)

Tool_ConnectorHelper: Simple tool to aid in inserting connector pins (see video)

No supports

10%-15% Infill (I recommend Gyroid, Crosshatch or 3D Honeycomb)

3 Walls. (Assuming 0.4mm nozzle. Adjust wall count to account for alternate nozzle sizes)

This should generally scale down to about 70% with full articulation, on a well calibrated printer.  Your mileage may vary.

Oh my gosh, I absolutely love the pig. I need a pig with wings. Could you add wings to a version of it? That would be incredible my daughter‘s school mascot is a flying pig because a prominent person here once said “there will be a successful art school in this town when pigs fly.”

Very cute. Reminds me of Wilbur from Charlotte’s Web!

Emily Voss

We need a mini cow

We just got ours done and assembled, next batch I'm going to make the pins out of a different material than what I used for the skin, it doesn't want to move very easily. Otherwise they look great!

Amanda Brown

Has this patreon done a rooster yet? I'm on the hunt for a good stl on them

Gwen Metzger

Thank you so much! This is perfect. The farm animals sell so well for us!

Tami Gormady

pretty sure he has a flying pig.. Look on MMF

When I print this, for some reason my black from the eyes streaks through the pink. How can I fix that. I always print the file as is, and I do use a prime tower.

Are you reducing your purge volume too much?

matmire_makes

I'd make sure you have "purge to object's infill" turned off. it only saves a tiny bit of filament and can make it so that you are seeing the dark infill through the lighter colored outer walls.

matmire_makes

also, check the purging volumes. If the multiplier is set to something other than 1, I'd try resetting that to 1.
