Never regret ruining shoes, doing it deliberately is for pleasure, accidental damage, just have fun by completely destroying them. There are plenty of quality shoes around on the likes of Ebay, Etsy or Vinted and other European similar sites. Just requires a few hours searching online. Some bargains to be had.
