Damn. Your looking like a beast.

Horse Man

I remember when I had to diet for my first BB show. Just before the show all I could think of was I would commit murder for a slice of pizza.

Nicholas Nostro

Fantastic! How long between the first picture and the current one? I'm 8 months out before my first competition. I look forward to seeing more of your work here and in the gym.

Nicholas Nostro

Dang! If you can do this, so can I. Thank you for your inspiration and motivation.

Odd question after your show do you plan to try to stick to a certain fat ratio. Or just put diet completely out of your mind and rebuild?

gymjunkiemuscle

My coach has a rebound plan of action, so it will probably be pretty structured with some cheat meals.

Last question on the matter. At what body fat ratio are you usually comfortable? Usually there is a weight with a fat ratio/weight that it s easier to go back to with gene and ect.

dredlifter

Great job Pete! Looking stellar! Love the trunks

gymjunkiemuscle

I don’t know bf ratios really. I don’t get too caught up on that as far as putting on muscle. I’ve been as high as 270 while working out and 290 (not good weight that I didn’t like) when I had taken time away from the gym (2018-2020) The goal to rebound now is to keep things as clean as possible and maintain solid gains. Not just water weight and fat.

You look awesome dude! Thanks for these updates. I hope I can get like you eventually, I want to compete too. 😍😍💪💪💪

Horse Man

Impressive. All the gut wrenching training for me was the easy part. It was the pre contest diet that almost killed me.

That's great man! You got this! I compete in middle weight myself. I'm on IG @blkkryptonian78
