Some posing practice last night. I’m 16 days out from my first bodybuilding competition. Sitting at 217 lbs this morning (48 lbs down from my bulk Weight of 265lbs and 78lbs down from my heaviest in 2020)

Comic will be wrapping up this weekend! I appreciate All your patience as I’ve been trying to balance prepping and comic production. I’m very thankful for all your support!

My first BB show I went from 225 down to 196. I'm 5' 9" with a mostly mesomorph frame. I had my body fat tested one week out using the immersion tank method. I was at 9%. Instead of entering in the Novice class I opted to compete in the Heavy weight class. Placed third. Good Luck at your show and have fun.
