Roscoe Concept (Patreon)

Roscoe is a wondering spirit who lingers in forests near highly populated cities. His existance has sparked many theories, rumors and tales involving the leaves on his head. It's a well known fact that Phantump leaves are incredibly healthy and medicinal. However, Roscoe through clever ploys has convinced everyone that his shiny leaves are even better. His leaves can cure any illness, make you more endowed and extend your lifetime, according to him. While this has yet to be prooven, he always points out how well endowed he is as proof. He is happy to exchange favors for one of his leaves, which usually involve his endowedness.
