Sven Blankenstein

I will buy a bambu at the beginning of next year

Jax

Yes to AMS! However, if it is just eyes that needs a different color I just hand paint them. Quicker and less waste.

Leland McKenzie

I have an AMS, love it, and love printing these. Would love to see a Tapir at some point.

Jeremy W

X1C with AMS

Brandon Freundner

I have a Prusa MK3s+ with MMU and have been printing lots of these in multi color already.

ADHD Laser Focused LLC

We do three machines with an AMS (total of four AMS). We tend to print the 3mf for most files and just make a full plate, occasionally in parts if we are in a rush and want it done quickly but still in multicolor.

Ryan Weisal

I have a P1S with AMS and will be getting a second sometime next year.

ForgedinFire3D

No, but I wish I had a Bambu with an AMS

The Creation Circus

Yes. We currently have 11 Bambu printers. All with AMS…and due to the huge popularity of Zou models at the shows we attend we have a bunch of those printers working 24/7 !

Marcia Guerrero

Yes I do! These are so cute...can't wait!

DuncantheDM

I got a p1s with AMS, still waiting on my A1 mini with AMS. Keep up the great work!

Jeremy Carlton

I have 2 Bambu printers with 1 AMS each

Simon Poole

Yes, P1S with AMS. And I have real trouble printing eyes as parts, they never seem to stick.

Charles Prints

Yes, and some of them have more than 1 AMS

Donald Harrah jr

No Bambu, but have a functioning 6 carrot ERCF 🐰 🤣

Maria Chacon

I have an Bambu X1C w/ two AMS :) Multi is nice ^_^

Joseph W Gnall

With ams here as well. Love your work!

Eon3d

X1c with AMS

Bill W.

X1C w/ AMS

Richard Moore

I have couple of P1Ps with AMS however I’d prefer you to still do your models in parts as the colour models waste a lot of filament

Richard Moore

5mm brim does the trick for me with the eyes also PEi bed

Heather Pedigo

P1P with AMS and patiently waiting for Friday to order another!

Mike - NLTMW

No Bambus here, but I have several Prusa MMU units, an XL 5 head, and a Mosaic Pallete 2S Pro.

Tommy Brown

I have a P1S with an ams

Morialkar

2 P1Ss with a total of 4 AMS here

T_D_O

nope i only have an old ender 3 :/

Simon Poole

I have the textured PEI bed and I will try the brim, I’ve avoided it so far but it might just do the trick 🤞

A-Gang Adventures

AMS is a life saver! However, I despise painting them in Bambu studio. Luckily my wife loves that part so it works out

Mix

Me and my 8 color bambu terminartor machine are ready! <3

Morialkar

Oui j’ai deux Bambu lab avec 5 AMS ⭐️

Kelsey

No Ams here, but looking to upgrade!!!

Alex

AMS confirmed

Michael Morrow

Love our AMSs. It makes it so much easier.

Haley

No AMS

MisFitz3DZ

Talk about a migraine lol

Jason Miller

No answer. Not looking to get into that at this time. Did I miss something though? I haven't seen any multi color prints that are in parts.

Spideyraccoon

All the baby and tiny creatures have a parts folder in the zip file for eyes, noses, etc. like the unicorn has eyes, mane, tail, horn, and body

Spideyraccoon

Yes! Have AMS! Looking forward to more prints! Thank you for all you do. My kids and I can’t get enough of all these fun little creations!

Matthew Wallace

AMS but so much faster with separately printed parts!

Patricia Vos-Kop

Yes I have AMS. Just for one day and still learning.

Kathy Nicol

Yes and an Ender so I do the simple things there.

TTRC

Yes, I have ams as well.

Logan Hohm

AMS all the way! Love files that work with it!

Justin Zehren

Yes I do have an AMS, but for some of the models I like having the separate pieces and glueing them together. Since it’s faster and less wasteful

Matt

I do have a Bambu printer with an AMS, but I always prefer the separated models. It's so much less wasteful and time consuming, and I really appreciate that you put in the extra effort to make everything work! I certainly won't turn down AMS/MMU only models, but I'm glad you're thinking of them as extras and not as the primary models for the month.

Faith Meiers

no bambu here. love having the seperate pieces to print

Mark Miller

Yes I have Bambu with AMS.

Randall M Wiley

Yes I have three P1S printers and one with 2 AMS units

Random Raccoon

Yes we use an AMS; and this snowman is absolutely adorable, though not to be ungrateful, but he loses his charm depending on how late he’s released as these items started a month ago. 😔

Jeremy Stout

Yes I have a Bambi lab with AMS

Zach Anaya

A1 Mini with 4 colour AMS is currently on it's way to me.

Piotr Apanowicz

I do have Bambu AMS and Prusa MMU but still love the separate pieces. They do cut down print times on larger items.

Enchantsy3D

Yes, I have the Bambu with AMS

Danielle Calabro

I’d like one but can’t afford it yet 😢

Ricardo Garay

We are getting an X1 with AMS this week! We are super excited. These would be awesome to print on them!

Morgan Kotnik

I have 2 Bambu X1Carbons and both have an AMS.

Noxin

I have several printers with AMS, however, I prefer models that are single color due to the dramatic increase in print time and filament usage of the multicolor models. If it's a clean separation on a layer line, I will use that model.

Daniel Abel

2xams depending on the print I will do them with the ams because of extra filament and time use

CREATIVE 3DEAS

Same as many; I have several printers, including 1 Bambu with AMS. I prefer separate parts as the time is astronomically faster and less wasteful.

Nathan Ryner

Bambu with ams having the option to print in parts is best due to the extra time of printing in one piece.

Royal Fortune 3D

I have two Bambu’s and two AMS’s I still prefer parts as it’s way less waste than the models that require color changes throughout the print.

averageone3d

I have a BambuX1C with AMS, but rarely use the AMS.

Erin

I have 2 Bambu. 1 has an AMS. 1 has 2 AMS. Love these things!

JOE

BambuX1C with AMS

Kevin Schrock

We have a X1 Carbon, waiting on delivery on the A1

Kevin Eckert

I also prefer separate parts.

T3D Print Shop

I have the X1C with AMS but it is much faster and better to have separate parts. I understand that you are referring to a model that you are making where the parts are too small but, please keep making the separate parts when you can.

Nickalas McIntire

X1C with AMS. I would do 2 files if its not to much with it being colored then doing parts separate as its easier to print for less waste with the AMS unit making filament changes per color swap.

May

no bambu, no ams

David McHenry

Lets go! 7 Bambu X1C's all with AMS. Getting 2 more next week!

John Marro

i wish, maybe in a couple months

Bunke

Bambu with AMS

Marco Lemus

Please keep offering the entire model with with coloring, love those. STLFLIX doesn't always do that and its annoying uuggh

Holjin

Nope just an Ender, is the snowperson articulated?

Sturrey

I have bambu with AMS

Scott Wilkinson

No AMS, but have Prusa MMU2, Voron ERCF, and 3D Chameleon. So if you do offer multi color, please consider those of us that do not use the proprietary Bambu Studio 3MF files.

Björn Endre

Yup, both AMS for my X1C and the AMS lite for my A1 Mini. Always love pre-colored 3mf's for my Bambus.

brian boyer

Have the x1c with ams units

Matthias

X1C with AMS 😁

Tom Morgan

Nope. That snowman is awesome, and it doesn’t look like a fugly articulated one 😳 we’re honoured!!

This Printed Thing

You know what would be really cute is if you also included a snowman model that had a small hole for the mouth, and then a separate model of a corncob pipe.

Morialkar

Le modèle est super il sortira quel date? Stp 🌟

zou3d

The snowman is separated into parts, only the Extra model I won't be able to separate because of the details, and some animals I'll be making in the future (mainly the tiger)

zou3d

No, but I'm finalizing an articulated version

zou3d

I'm going to do some more research on the MMu2 files from prusa, I don't know them very well yet

Brendan Sandham

That was my first thought when I saw the boots and gloves as well! How fun would it be if you could attach them to the snowman like a Mr. Potato Head?!

Brendan Sandham

Have you thought about adding Santa hats to some of your previous models like you did with the axolotl? I think the dinosaurs, in particular, would look really cute!

Stranger3DThings

I have a P1P and X1C both with AMS. It would be great if we could print the scarf, hat, nose, and eyes separate. They print so much faster. As a single print, clear markers for the scarf, eyes, nose, and hat would be so appreciated. The boots and mittens having two regions would be great too but isn't imperative. I've seen a lot of snowmen that are multi color recently (but not really) and it's a real pain to manually edit them.

Gazwald

I have P1S with 2 Ams

Rebecca Jordan

Any plans on a baby cow? I have been getting requests for some

Richard Lefebvre

Have a Bambu, opted out of the AMS. Can't bring myself to contribute to the wasted poop garbage these push out... especially if you're aiming for prints with minimal visible layer lines (0.08 layer heights). I can't imagine the waste if it had to purge 2.5 times more often than .2 layer height prints. Love your stuff, but considering the size of the models and how rounded the tops of your models usually are (just look at that snowman's hat as an example) it looks much better with layer heights as low as they can go.

zou3d

Cow, chicken, horse and elephant are not yet among the top vote-getters, but this week the number of votes for them has risen a lot

Fattie Win

A1 mini with an ams lite

Megan Dowdy

just a tip, when using AMS you can GREATLY reduce waste by printing multiple copies of the same model at once, AND you can purge into models' infill. We have waste but it is fairly minimal most of the time.

Richard Lefebvre

oh for sure, using the AMS it's best to use up as much as the real estate on the bed as possible. Still my point stands, even doing that, at 0.08 layer heights which make rounded parts look best, even with a full plate you're purging out 2 - 2.5 times what you would if you're printing at 0.2 layer height. Depending on what color changes are required at each level, etc etc.

AandB3dprinting

I will add a vote for an elephant that would be so cool!

Kile Mullen

Late to the party. I don’t have a Bambu or any type of multi-material printer. I hope you’ll continue to keep those of us who can only do a single color print in mind.

Kelly

Bambu with AMS

Birthe Andersen

Bambu X1C with AMS I would love a litte duck ;)

Jen

I I really hope so!!
