I recently realized that people who subscribed to the new tier did not have access to all benefits, so I updated the access to fix that. Sorry about that.

If you had a priority request fulfilled from the third tier and subscribed to the new fourth tier, then you did not have to wait to submit a new priority request. Consider it as a refresh for a submission
