Replaces Lily's C1 hair

Due to Lily's C2 hair sharing the same textures as C1 that means C2 textures will be affected.

- Fixed the weights for the front bangs

- Added more physics bones so there is more movement

- Added MDF edits to make the hair shinier and more polished thanks to long-time member of the community Cheeseburgur (showing lily some love).
