It's time for a new nudge post! Be it a simple question or a suggestion for a side story along the lines of the Casuals, this will be the simplest way to suggest it to me! The peeks are very often inspired by the suggestions from all of you, and it's fun to see what little pieces of the Dungeon Life world have made you all wonder and desire to know even more. It's still amazing to me to have so many amazing supporters like yourselves, and to be able to be supported by your generosity. It's honestly inspiring, and I hope I can continue to be inspired and hopefully inspire you all in turn for many years to come.

Thank you all,

Khenal.

I was wondering if you could do an updated map using a map creator; I'd suggest the one on "Fantasy name generator" website.

LegioN7

Honestly I’m curious if construct-kin are a thing, I recall that Vanta has some sort of brass disk on legs as a starter, among others?

Mirah H

I wonder what the new fae in the dungeon think of their new home. What's the latest gossip on Thediem in other places? Also, what's it like to become an independent species and society sort of all at once? What's it like from their perspective? What is it like several generations on? That feels like it could be a story all it's own.

jkbscopes

Dungeons and bar crawls All of Thedm's scions need to share a drink with the guild

Rick Delallata

I'd honestly love to see a series of the army's pov. Maybe a noncom or a new officer as they lead their units through Thedium. Thedium building an area for large scale battles would also be really cool, maybe recreate the collosseum or something.

big man

I’d love a bit more of a focus of other dungeons and deities reacting to thediem. From skepticism to intrigue, it would be neat.

Rex2000m

I am curious what the oldest dungeon still active is like.

Durphymcbob

Thanks for the Nudge! I do quite love the casuals their little stories and arcs are neat. I just like seeing how thedium has influenced the day to day life of the average person in Fourdock. LIke what are his sermons like, how has the town reacted to basically having the front row seat of a god growing and becoming apothosised, have their been and idioms that have been made because of Thediums weird actions or scions, or maybe leaked thru. Or maybe even that class of kids getting to delve Violet eventually. I just like seeing the happy thriving town of Fourdock. And maybe more info on the Hold/Keep that is being built in the mountians if you cant go into detail in the main chapters when it comes up

Pamela Gillespie

Something from mayor's father pov would be great

Durphymcbob

Let the Scions have a Vaction!

DittoMikko

I was wondering what other dungeons think of Thediums explosive growth. Specifically I keep thinking back to another dungeon that has a big maze and 6 scions, which was considering taking Thedium under its wing. I was also wondering if peeks are included in the books.

Cormag81

I would love to see a slice of life/casual exploration of hullbreak the idea of a mostly aquatic dungeon seems really interesting and it would be cool to see how normal adventurers handle a place like that Plus I don't think we've seen the lighthouse from a non dungeon POV yet

Jerramy Scoggin

I was thinking it would be nice to see a small run of catching up with the side characters we have met in peeks along the way, like the baker and her husband, the miller, the blacksmith, maybe some of the construction teams on the various projects. Say if they have been doing any dealing with the enclaves, making any class/progression moves, or looking to expand their businesses.

jeffh4

I believe King Horlon's Butler/Head of Intelligence Jenkins is the troll who saw Miller's potential and recruited him. Jenkins likely provides the king with copies of Rezlar's, Olander's, and Miller's reports on the town. I'd like to learn more about Jenkins, whether it be a typical day in the life, a ranking of threats that need attention, rumors he is processing, backdoor communications with the gods, etc.

Ch W

Does the dungeon that moves in a caravan still exist? Will it ignore or take an interest in Thedeim's growth? And is there any odious delvers that inspires Thedeim's denizens to track, trick, and harass? We've seen the trio reformed by dungeon jail and some stubborn masons get tossed out of the light house construction.

liketurtles

I would like to know how the musicians react to slash music are they trying to replicat the guitar or are they going try to make a new instrument. I would also like to know if they are going to use their own affinity to amplify there instrument.

isaac frandsen

what would a knowledge or communication dungeon look like and what do the corresponding elemental or spirits look like?

Stickboy172

Conspiracy theory ork. Thief rats of Tinys maze and their favorite stolen items.

Hello!

I mainly want to see Telar’s PoV from Thedeims madness. She went from overseeing a toybox (Southwood) a murderous (Neverrest) and a nasty belligerent (Hullbreak) dungeons to two cooperative (Hullbreak and Thedeim) and two toyboxes (Violet and Southwood) for as long as the Southwood remains under her jurisdiction. And maybe her relationships with others in her guild. Cuz her kind of overwhelming Olander was hilarious.

Eriach

Omg that'd be so freaking cool. The King did say how Thedeim would be great at helping train the army.

Eriach

Probably a Deep One most likely, having consumed many others and plenty of wars.

Eriach

I think that will come naturally after the next Rezlar chapter

Eriach

You're right, other than an acknowledgement of being complete and being used I don't think there's been anything describing it in action from a POV.

Eriach

That fits so well! Lol

vulcan211

I'm wondering what the other gods think of Thedeim and his whole thing as a god of change.

Austin Miller

A couple things: I assume from some of the early chapters that people will get classes from dungeons and that some dungeons are more focused on something so that offer certain classes more often. So, to that end, is there a service you can hire, possibly through the ODA, to have them escort you to dungeons more likely to give certain classes? Like a class concierge service for the ultra wealthy looking to get a specific class? Also, I really want to see more elementals of different affinities as well as dragons (though I assume there aren't many of these). I just want to know that a decay elemental or a space dragon would look like or what they would do. Lastly, I am sure it will be covered, but I'm excited to see our summoner have their pact reversed by our local queen of the fae. The idea of him getting "summon avatar of a god" and her getting "summon translation app" in return just makes me giggle.

Black Esper

There was a chapter with an old one that spawned the Harbringer. That seemed to be the oldes dungeon still alive. If I remember correctly, this thing knew the First Dungeon personally.

Maestro

This might get covered later in the main story, but some information on the Dungeoneering guild's main office and their reaction to the formal report by Olander. (opinions, future steps, attitude, etc.) What does the local garrison of Fourdock think of TDM? We know of general citizenry, crafters, etc. But the local guards are barely ever mentioned. How is Kenneth (Priest of order with spatial affinity) doing? Is he going to come visit Fourdock before going home? Has the plan of having Violet be a toybox for kids/orphans etc. going to be realized? has it already?

King Jerkera

It would be nice to see a uptick in exploring both violet and hullbreaker.

King Jerkera

My nudge is: Is there a competing market of written dungeon guides? Or maybe even newspapers?

Douglas Lee

I'd like to know what the design of the shelter is like. Will there be Moria style 'speak friend and enter' doors. Will anything take insiparion from Silvervein's design?

PickledTink

Honestly, I'd like to see some delvers, young and/or old, appealing to Rocky to teach them his martial art. Also, Tarl and Vanta POV of the little one's growth and how they are getting on with Silvervein.

Rolletta

I've always wondered, if there is an elemental for each affinity what are Fate elementals like?

Ben Riker

An exacerbated royal archery commissioner confused with the slew of record breaking scores filtering in and reports of "New Bows"

Anubarth-kel

A Day in the life of grimm tending the graveyard and IF the town is gonna use the graveyard or make a new one now that the old dungeon is gone, and after the failed exorcism by the shield.

Gustave van Dorland

What happened to the White Elf and White Dwarf who took refuge in the Southwood Dungeon?

Nouseva Valo

So since sea laens are opening, where thous rotes lead and whats kinds of pepole lives on ohter end?

Cantharellus Cibarius

I'd like tp see a dungeon with dinosaurs or a fen dungeon with a nuckelavee as a voice.

Laetitia

Yes, i was wondering the same ! Meric for the elf, and lechula for the dwarf

Logos

We've seen that there is both a local chapter of an adventurer's guild as well as an overarching organization it belongs to, but surely the kingdom also has a wizard's guild? I'd like to see a delegation of wizards come delve Thedeim in order to explore all of its arcane secrets.

o0 hazzy 0o

I’d love to see some more of orders thoughts and maybe a bunch of examples of different classes how they work and how classes in general work

MattUDFells

The graveyard was still consecrated so the town are using it as normal. The shield didn't even want to exorcise it, just that one over zealous acolyte.

The-Guy-Who-Asks

Would a Curl-up (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curl-up) or a Tenjōname (https://yokai.com/tenjouname/) be gravity spirits or something else? Would you consider the name thuddyduddy for a kind of gravity fae? Would a Swamp Hag be a kind of decay fae? Would a Lusca be a specialization of a shark spawner or an octopus spawner? Is there a type of undead that are just heads? Cranial Undead? (Chattering skulls, shrunken heads, brains in jars, etc.) What race is Ryndal Windstrider, the author from your peeks?

Nouseva Valo

Since there's already "Church of Mother of Magial" -that's was elf fantasy race know for it more calm tendesiis- have out group wizard/Magial guild with more... explosive tendesi seems possible.

Nouseva Valo

Come to think of just becose crown and Dungeon delve guilds say don't sail around this Dungeon dosent at mean all people will fully obey. After-all even If takeing out [Four bocks] supply point, it still known route that's some what's safe, with end customer that want stuff... that's smugulers pay day.. just have supply gasch set up day or two form original route, be it in main land or island. And since crown is not senting bouts to partols the water that's would be possible safe route for pirates too take.

Zachary Hanson

Honestly the things I want to see next are mainly just Thediem interacting with other dungeons. So if I had to choose something for the peeks it would be something along the lines of a day in the life of your average dungeon, you know, NOT one exposed total he new god of change XD

Samuel

I would love to see someone with the tamer class that was implayed in book one, the summonimg class is awesome but I always loved tamer classes, and I really like your taming system

Nouseva Valo

Do MC scions have second of command? Or have some Spawn just taken roles for them self? Do MC normal Spawn get system places nick names? Mini boss style.

Nouseva Valo

Tamer/druid training service for tame monsters. Organizations by towns mayor/adventurers guild do instrest of tame monster around town.

Typhoonator

Maybe something from Order's point of view? I think it'd be interesting to see the "code" of the universe and how Thediem is breaking things

Luke Taylor

I would love to see a look at how the southwoods is parenting jet. I think I would be cool

Calvin

I want to see the king's reaction to hearing that TDM is a new god

Calvin

I also want to see how Rhonda's teaching is going.

Calvin

Pretty please, a peek where Thediem insists his scions take a day off. And sends them all in to town.

Jennifer Saldana

I'm curious how are the two from the Maw doing (the first refugees).

Navar44

What about another god somewhere else in the world, or a small sub-pantheon hearing about Thediem for the first time, or even just some info on other prominent gods in the world/kingdom?

Ch W

Ooh, you reminded me. Some of Thedeim's denizens want to be tamed, it was a peek before the battle against Maw. I would think wolves would work well with land caravans

Beauxe

I can’t wait till the bard telling dungeon stories tells one about Thedeim

William Anderson

Looks like I'm one of a few but I would absolutely love to see more dungeons and gods reactions to learning of the dm and his changes

Samuel

oh that is awesome, and who would not want to tame a wolf with freaking ice powers 😀 though I can see them being hard to feed a high level dungeon diver should not have to worry about money even more so if they start diving Theidm

BrokenLord321

Alright I'll bite, does this world have any inclinations of cells / viruses? (viruses shouldn't really be considered living since they're just an injector with dna) And if so have they figured our about and of the different types?

Jelte

Maybe also a peek into one of the orc tribes that may visit the southwood soon.

Magnadra

Where we ever told why inspector Tarl is called "the unseen Blade"? Is it purly because of his shadow blade attack or is there a story to be told?

Magnadra

It was said once or twice that Thediem thought about giving Rocky a gym for his Workouts. That could be an oppertunity to teach his style. But year some Rocky boxing classes would be cool

Rex2000m

I am little curious if there is a dungeon with cryptic spawners. Like it has Bigfoot, moth man, jackalope, or the lock ness monster as spawned monsters

Samuel

I'm not sure if this counts, but I was daydreaming about being a dungeon core, nothing, just silly fun that is not with a screen. Anyway, I had this idea for a part of the ancient history of your world: the women who discovered that dungeon cores naturally balance out magic, or as Thedim calls it, dungeons, are like sewer treatment plants for magic this is 1000s of years before the iseaki of all are favor dungeon core, the story of the little girl that would be later be know of maria the bloody robes during this time magic was only for the rich and the elite and a lady of a minor noble house forgotten to history finds her young son reading a grimoire of dark magic please note that this is dark magic not the elemental darkness magic practiced by thoses with darkness affinity and the Lady fearful that for her son takes off her shoe and slaps her son in the back of the head with it yanking the book from his hands "you will not be learning or practicing such magics! do you understand me!" she leaves with the book and hands it to her most trusted servent "throw this in a river some where far from here I want it gone I don't care how much the book is worth also find out how my son got his hands on it in the first place" two weeks later Maria is not like the other kids she knows this how could she not when the other kids tell her about it all the time ( unbest beknown to her she has autism and females can have it too it just rarer in females but they can have it) the other kids don't really like her much and that makes her sad but she has mom and dad, and the bunnys, and the fish, there is the chickens, goat, and cow too but she learned the hard way that they are not friends, they are dinner, right now she is playing with the fish they like to play chase they swim away and maria swims after them and boops them on the nose and then they swim away even faster, but today something catches her eye there is a book, Maria likes books the old man, who is also a retired libraryen from the really big city there are big cities then there is the really big city were he came from, mom says it is mean to call him the old man, but that is what he calls himself he says thanks all the time for spending time with this old man, that is all he calls himself Maria is not even sure what his name is maybe it is old man. after Maria pulls out of the mud it was partly stuck in she drags it back to shore and opens it she grins "this must be a special book" she says looking at the undamaged writing maria remembers the old man saying she can't have water near the books because it will ruin then, but this one seems fine she reads what the old man told her was the title page "the darkest magics" she sounds out fingers running over the words she squeals in joy Maria loves fantasy books mages that don't need saving from princes and knights mages can save them selfs and then they go and hunt down the stupid king that locked them in a tower in the first place unlike in the boring books the old man calls fairy tales, 2 weeks later Maria is playing is helping with chores today the house needs cleaning, dad is taking care of the garden mom and dad say maria is too young to pull weeds maria dose not really understand it is just pulling plants out of the ground what is all the time she decides to ask her mom about it again and her mom just sighs "you well understand when you are older" and Maria founds why can't she understand now if they just tell her then she can understand now, "tell you what you want a big girl job go get one of the chickens for dinner" Maria grins and nods her head, rushing out the door as she runs at the chickens and they play chase with her she remembers the book, there is not a lot of story to the book but it is a fun book anyway like a storybook about what mages do when the mages in the story talk about studying magic, Maria knows and Maria grabs one of the chickens by the neck like she seen mom and dad do and is goes to break it like she seen mom and dad do but pauses, there is the knift in the sheed and she remembers the werid circle thing with the werid markings in the book why can't she have fun with it and prentend to be a mage like in the story books mages don't need saving they do the saving, and they have friends a party they are called she goes to the sheed and gets the knift taking the fighitng chicken with her she drops it and it runs off but that is fine she well get one in a second she very careful draws out the circle just like she remembers she starts over a few times but then she has it perfect drawn out in the dirt she goes to grab a chicken and then put it down in the circle holding it by the neck she says the funny words she sounded out a bunch of times because the books said saying it right was importent then stabs the chicken in the chest is is super bloody and Maria understands why mom and dad just break the neck as she is thinking this though something happens Maria feels good like she can run forever ( Buff 50% boost to speed) ( class attended appearance dark mage level 1) Maria stares at it for a moment, blinking, then grins Maria got a class she GOT A CLASS JUST LIKE MOM AND DAD she forgets the chicken and runs inside dripping blood maybe now mom will finally tell her why she can't help dad weed the garden Maria well later go on to become a dungeon diver and mercenary for hire on battle fields she well get the nickname Maria the Bloody Robes using the money for diving and mercenary work to fund her own research into magic, towards the end of her life she will do a ten-year study into ambient Magic was when she well make the word changing discovery of the effect of dungeon cores on the ambient magic, it is say she still lives to this day that her death was fake and her dark magic and life affinity has kept her alive to this day though those are just children's stories trying to scare each other right? I am not sure if this counts as a nudge you were talking about but feel free to take this charater if you want or maybe it will inspire something I hope it is not rude though 🙂 I was just going to suggest maybe a history sneak peak about who it was disoved that dungeon cores settle the ambient magic and then this happened well this happened but I all ready had the charater in my head from day dreams but it was a combo of the two

Ethan B.

I'd like to see more about the different fey for the elements, please and thank you.

Thomas V.

I’ve said this before and I’ll say this again, but considering how big of a part they were of the main story I don’t want the resolution to their arc to happen in a peek. Those aren’t available to anyone not on Patreon, and I don’t want that. No, I want them to have full further development in the story proper, because it’s a proper shame that they just got dropped by the wayside the moment they weren’t immediately relevant to the plot anymore. Ideally write that in retroactively as part of the aftermath and cleanup, but as is they’ve just completely disappeared. Like what the hell. Not cool.

Hello!

I think it’s more his class than his nickname. He has a super stealthy mode that he can enter which was mentioned in I think the first book where Thedeim mentioned he had to actually pay attention to him or he’d lose sight of him. I’m pretty sure it’s when he was checking out the mausoleum with Freddie and Rhonda. Plus stealth helps a lot with murderous dungeon inspections I bet.

caleb williams

I'd like to know what happens when a Dungeon core leaves it's territory.

caleb williams

I'd also love a follow up on the group from dungeon digest, seeing what they think of thedium

caleb williams

And finally...I want to know how much is commonly known about the MC's god hood, is it common knowledge in fourdock now? Will it be part of the report to the crown?

caleb williams

O and I had the funny idea of a pirates try to raid a ship with a crew from fourdock and are surprised when the entire crew is suddenly in delving gear fighting back

SamIam

I would like to see what a service at the temple of Thedeim looks like, see our high priestess do her thing.

Patrick McIntire

i want a southwood pov of how his life has changed

Thomas Windsor

Now that Thedeim can help people change their class maybe a peek about the towns people changing their classes. The troll Baker could change her class to a patisserie chef.

Nouseva Valo

Hmm.. maybe Hulbreak can have his birds neste on top of ships mast, that leave fourdock -say days Journey as alpatross fly- to acts as alarm sytem of sort, before flying back.

Nouseva Valo

Yeah sent Freddie, Rhonda there to So some proper team work and "swarming"

Stickboy172

His reaction to the Harbinger

Stickboy172

Checking back up on the movers with the cart.

fanfan8000

Random question that doesn't need to be answered to fast. But is there only a single continent on the world? We have knowledge of dungeons in the sea and people around them. Knowledge of all the immediate territories around Thedeim from a map peek. We even have knowledge that there is quite a bit of space underground. However we haven't been told the size of the planet and with the northern most point of the known map being a forest it makes it seem like there at minimum is something up there.

Nouseva Valo

So do mods on MC dungeon have natural affectinity to read fate in limited fashion when they're content to him? Since he's they're origin point? Dos it come out they're interactions with delvers? Or whene they're choice to become a tame? Is there fate monster?

Blazingnight

interested to see how "Fey Queen" title is seen by the elven kingdom due to it being known that Elves come from fay spawners and with Tatiana having that title i am sure the kingdom is questioning legitimacy or trying to say they have some link to back up their right to rule the elven nation

Gregs_Crow

i wonder what tarl is doing and when he'll come back.

Jacob

That would be so so so fun to read. All the non delving types might just lose their minds. Teemo would have to mitigate so much.

Roger F Tueting

I listened to your Books 1-3 twice before I purchased Patreon & over several months read all your peeks. It occurred to me I think of skeletons in human terms. Since humans don’t exist in the books’ world, what species / creatures are skeletons based upon or do they come in variety paks?

Roger F Tueting

Does Hullbreak still have the spawners & creatures which developed into the merfolk? What other beastkin/people could develop in an ocean enclave?

Roger F Tueting

Will Thedeim ever confront Order about the patches which restricted his use of written commands/questions/requests? I think this is important because he would have been destroyed by Neverrest if he hadn’t been able to communicate with Freddie, Rhonda & the adventurers. I find Orders rules for new dungeons leave them confused & alone. Even infants can communicate with facial expressions & parents provide feedback. New Dungeons are forced to deal with life & death & confusion with no explanations which seems more likely to drive toward murderous & belligerent behavior. Thedeim’s empathy for life is explicable but I don’t really get how most ever really develop it.

Roger F Tueting

Do Dungeons use local currency? For example, how does Thedeim come by the money to buy glassware for alchemy experiments & potions?

Roger F Tueting

Will Thedeim ever allow Tiny to sell his “fate-telling” services or Honey her “seeker of truth” services if only for entertainment purposes? What would Thedeim or the scions do with money? ( I suppose Nova could sell her art or Slash could play at local bars, too. Queen or Thing or the Antkin could sell items but that might create resentment among local businesses or even each other.)

Roger F Tueting

Early on in your series, you wrote about chests & loot. Later, you suggested Rocky’s arena & the gauntlets gave participants loot. Do any of the other areas have chests or loot?

Roger F Tueting

I don’t really get what kinda of creature Onyx has become. Why would she be “upgraded” to a scary shadow creature to become a voice? Also, how does one fight a shadow? It seems like something that would be in Thedeim’s Four Seasons rather than Violet’s toy box.

Roger F Tueting

Although I realize Rezlar has become more confident, I find it unlikely he has toughened up enough to upset the Earl’s plans.

Roger F Tueting

I’ve wondered how deep Nova or others of her ilk can go beneath the surface? Can she swim through Magma or do the deep deep underground become too hot even for her? How can Thedeim not look!

Roger F Tueting

Have any dungeons gone capitalist? Charge admission, put up ads, sold theme rooms or luxury areas for special events, created tax evasion banks, invested in real estate, created weapons development programs for wars around the continent, created family friendly areas for adventuring families, etc, etc? After all, Thedeim can work 24 hours a day &, unless I’m mistaken, could be a true red white & blue entrepreneur. ( if you had a darker Russian soul, he could create an empire of all things which bring power. A dictator or oligarch. ( I seem to have run across a lot of Russian “system” novels where the goal is to become a god & lord to one’s peoples (ie slaves.) The DNF winner is, I think, A Potato A Day Keeps The Monsters Away. It might have been a dark satire if one wasn’t so sure the author really dug the cretinous MC.)

Roger F Tueting

Did a meeting between Thedeim’s enclaves & the merfolk ever occur?

Roger F Tueting

Unknown Trivia - How did over 230 rockslides travel to the Southwood to spy on The Maw?

Roger F Tueting

Have youngsters snuck into different areas of Thedeim?

Roger F Tueting

What happens to items taken from delvers? What if the lute Slash played for awhile was actually “Uncle Billy’s” - an heirloom passed down the generations? Or someone came begging “I need Grandma Mo’s glaive! My parents will kill me if they find out I lost it.”

Roger F Tueting

Do healing slimes need to be cleaned & refilled after every treatment they give or has that somehow become automated?

Roger F Tueting

I know Tiny lost a leg when he saved Aranya.. I know Rocky has gotten many wounds. Can they get repairs without dying?

Roger F Tueting

Awhile back, Merrick’s style of metal affinity was compared to summoning. Does that mean a mason with earth affinity could just create blocks of stone out of the blue?

Roger F Tueting

Thedeim has often expressed an opinion that magnetism is an inexplicable miracle. [it could be for all I know.] Do you think it exists on his current world?

Roger F Tueting

This refers to the Four Seasons Forest: I think it would be cool, romantic, and perhaps joyous if Thedeim shut down delving for a day or two and let the average townsfolk enjoy its beauty (and maybe let the kids pet a few denizens.)

Roger F Tueting

In Chapter 312, Teemo mentioned the pains of translating so much but then says “I’ll need to stop by later to explain what to do to make a voice without a mouth.” Re-reading it, it has something to with Slash’s axe & hat. It leaves my mind blank. What is he talking about? There is a brief mention of communication affinity. Then, I thought there might be a translation affinity or animal language or denizen affinity. (Is there a universal language in this world… since most originated in an enclave of some sort?)

Roger F Tueting

Thedeim could not see or hear beyond his borders as a dungeon unless he was using his Scions’ senses. Has that changed now that he is a God?

Roger F Tueting

Now that Thedeim is a God can he hear prayers? Can he answer prayers?

Roger F Tueting

Did the Harbinger’s stagnant mana go up into the Southwood & Green Sea like smoke goes up a chimney? Yvonne, her group, & other Rangers were trying to undue a bunch of snarls in that area. Was Order informed of this? One wouldn’t think stagnation would exist between one dungeon & the exit of another. Prior to the Least appearing, the Southwood reported odd invaders as if stagnation snarls were increasing.

Roger F Tueting

Awhile back, the Southwood mentioned a “magma forge” as room he had access to but would not have a use for. What is it used for?

Roger F Tueting

Awhile back in a peek, you had a character… Martl may have been his name. (I can’t find the peek right now.) I think he used his knowledge & fate affinities as well as his habit of gossiping & listening to rumors to show us how the capital was starting to get wind of happenings up north at a certain dungeon. I’d love to see him back & get an idea of how the Earl is perceived throughout the kingdom.

Roger F Tueting

Chapter 329 “…Healing is very popular, and it looks like a couple of my clerics even offer rental services as support to parties who need it …” I don’t recall any characters that did magical healing & I don’t recall any clerics. I’d like to know more about both of these.

Roger F Tueting

I’m glad Nova has found joy in her art. But like Teemo, Nova seems to need affection. I wish you could give her some. It’s sad no one can touch her or even understand her facial expressions.

Roger F Tueting

“…he still feels a warm comfort in the knowledge that if you prepare for it, change can be steered instead of resisted.  If resisted, it will eventually break through…” Rezlar’s thoughts remind me of things the nun Pema Chodron says & other teachers from my Zen days. He jokingly imagines himself as a Paladin of Change. I think this would be an amazing intersection of the Shield & Thedeim. Someone should go for it. Maybe Rezlar himself. He goes on to say how he would use his fencer class symbolically.:. to fight injustice & bureaucracy.

Roger F Tueting

When Thedeim core goes public, will it cause visions like it did for Tarl? Or visions of any sort?

deefdragon

Asked this on the most recent chapter, but putting here for consistency: I've been re-reading the books as its been so long, and I have some curiosity regarding magic communications (long and short range). In the first few chapters, Tarl used a communication stone to talk to (I assume) Tellar. It was also mentioned during the end of year reports that the ODA had to send their reports somewhere. It was implied magical (and that they could/would get responses) was that using an equivalent to Sending? Have these just faded out due to setting drift as you continued writing and how early in the story the communication stone was used? Are there limitations around the stone/sending? and if so can you expand on them?
