Becoming the Strongest Through (Draconic) Racism - Chapter 6 (Patreon)

This is awkward.
Poke. Poke. Poke.
Our group had moved to Satanael's study to finish the whole talk.
Poke. Poke. Poke.
I was sitting on the couch. There was large space next to me. Satanael was sitting on a couch chair sipping tea.
Poke. Poke. Poke.
Walburga for some fucking reason decided to sit next to me shoulder to shoulder, when she had all the empty space next to her.
And Ophis?
Poke. Poke. Poke.
"Heh. Heh." Ophis decided the best place to sit was on my lap and continuously poke my cheeks. I have no idea why.
And she also kept giggling every few minutes or so.
Poke. Poke. Poke.
"Heh. Heh. My Dragon Slayer. My Red Slayer. My Baka Slayer." Ophis giggled like she's drunk. I have no idea why she's throwing in a Japanese word in the middle.
Has she never experienced joy in a profound way?
Poke. Poke. Poke.
"Okay, stop." I grabbed her little hand, and thankfully she paused because I don't think I could actually stop her. "Look, first things first, please fix your outfit and wear something that actually covers you. Your fetish clothes aren't even tasteful in they way they're made." I was grumbling about something that's technically nothing in the grand scheme of things but ultimately annoyed me. "Because if you're going to wear sexy clothes then have a grown up body. If you're going to stay as a loli then wear normal cute clothes so this doesn't look wear."
"Hmmm." Satanael, why the fuck are you looking at me and going 'Interesting strategy. I wonder if it will work?'. Some internally making commentary and help me!
I am distantly aware there's nothing he can fucking do, but still.
"Will this help in defeat Baka Red?" Ophis tilted her head.
"Oh yes! It will definitely help him focus on defeating Great Red without fail, my lady." Walburga offered from next to me, and why are you smiling like that?
"I, will acquiesce. Anything for my Red Slayer." Ophis said and immediately started to change shape along with her clothes.
Ophis' hair grew, her limbs got longer and her body got bigger.
She had the body of young woman now, along with her clothes changing to that of stylized Chinese dress (I don't remember what it's called) and I just have to wonder, who the fuck taught her about fashion?
Also, she's still sitting on top of me! Except she's now actually sexy! Why?!
I remembered that this world was influenced by Great Red's perversion and that all the DxD ecchi was his fault.
"Why did you get angry?" Ophis asked, her new voice sounded softer but more mature.
"I got reminded of Great Red and how everything is his fault." I said back.
"Good." Ophis nodded approvingly.
"Why?" Satanael spoke up for the first time since we got to this room. "Why do you hate Great Red, you weren't aware of the supernatural until recently. You shouldn't have even know he existed, so why hate him?"
For moment I considered what bullshit to spout, as self inserts usually do in this situation, to not go through the awkward conversation of 'this world was fiction to me' bit.
Then I decided fuck it, I don't have to answer shit.
"Because everything is Great Red's fault. Every bad thing in my life, from it's start to the shitty fate of being in the same school as Chad, and everything else that followed." I explained plainly.
"And... how do you know that?" Satanael raised an eyebrow.
"Because I know so I know." I said back with explaining anything.
"Makes sense." Ophis nodded agreeing with me.
Satanael didn't argue as he wasn't insane enough to oppose the Infinite Dragon God even with words. Make I should have Ophis backing up all my arguments from now on.
"But then why you though?" Walburga asked, looking intrigued and baffled.
"Because I'm strong, would have been strong if I had the chance and would have fucked up his plot of his favorite show that he enjoys watching." I said back. Ophis tilted her head at me.
"His 'plot? 'Show'?'" Satanael asked, looking confused now.
"That's right. He Dreamed the world into existence so every bad thing is his fault. Currently he enjoys watching the life of the Red Dragon Emperor. He likes vicariously living the plot of someone weak becoming stronger. And if I was left alone, I might have unintendedly solved some of the plot conflict his precious fucking main character would have encountered down the line." I started losing my composure. Satanael was silent, but Walburga seem to smile more. Ophis was silently watching my face closely. "So of course he fucks up my life at every turn, while not allow me to focus and be purely present so I could think and act." I said, pointing out at being Unawake most of my life without saying it.
The group listening were quiet as they disgusted my words. They didn't look like they believed me, but that's fine. I know the truth and that's enough.
Although... is it the truth? Saying out loud, isn't it kinda ridiculous and self-centered?
"Well his file did mention bouts of hyperactivity and zoning out a lot." Satanael muttered to himself, trying to make up some 'convincing' explanation for my behavior.
Walburga was giggling. It didn't feel mocking, but rather she liked that I was 'crazy'.
But I knew I wasn't. I was the only one who knew the truth.
"You're wrong."
However, it was Ophis' reaction and words that stunned me.
"Excuse me?"
"You're Anger and Hatred at Baka Red is pure. That's good." Ophis nodded. "But it's founded on Delusion." I frowned, bitterness pouring into my chest. What the hell does this plot device of a person actually knows. ...No, wait, that's not fair. And she likely knows a lot given her age. "So I will give you a foundation built on something Real." Ophis said as she dramatically stood up.
Then turned and sat back down on my lap again.
"Why?! And how does this help?" I cried out. Her ass is way too plump and distracting!
"Hush, my Red Slayer." Ophis said as she raised an finger. "I, will now explain history, elucidate origin."
"Oh shit... oh this is big." Walburga moved from next to me, to take a couch chair facing Ophis.
She actually looked intrigued by what the Ouroboros Dragon was going to say. Even Satanael looked attentive with a sharp focus.
"In the Beginning there was the Void and the Not-Void.
"The Not-Void wanted to Exist for it was Creation and became Light. The Void wanted to continue Not-Existing for it was Nothing and became Darkness.
"The Light and Darkness, sadly more defined, starting gaining Identity, and that's how Light became Yahweh and Darkness became I, Ophis. He was Everything That Is and I was Everything That's Not."
Satanael was now wide-eyed, sitting up straight and listening with extreme focus.
Even Walburga seemed to quieten her presence.
"Now that We Existed, Yahweh gained Identity separate from Everything, while being the Only thing in Everything. And I gained Identity separating from Nothingness, which became the Dimensional Gap. I was fine with that, since even if I ceased to Be the Dimensional Gap I still lived in it.
"Yahweh wanted to Create, for He was Creation and I... Didn't." Ophis said dramatically. "For I was Content as Being I.
"Yahweh Created the Universe, the Stars and the Skies. The made the Earth and was content like me. The Universe was... nice. A pretty picture." Ophis had a fond smile at the memory.
"But don't you hate noise?" I couldn't help but ask. Satanael almost looked like he wanted to scold me for intruding on this sacred moment.
"Yes. I, love my Silence. I, want my Silence back." Ophis nodded. "Back then, the Universe wasn't Loud. It was the first time I Heard, and I Heard the Universe as it Whispered." Ophis gave a small nod. "It was a nice Noise. Acceptable." She then frowned. "However God wasn't satisfied. He felt deep within himself a Magnum Ops that wasn't yet Birthed. A Creation he still wished to bring forth. He first tried with the Angels as a first attempt, but there Made Perfect, and that result just wasn't right yet."
"Father..." Satanael whispered, overcome with emotions he couldn't describe.
Fondness, joy, bitterness, resentment, curiosity, sadness. It all was jumbled up together and cross into each other.
"God wanted to make Beings with a Spark." Ophis explained.
"Spark?" Walburga couldn't help but ask.
"Yes. I was Zero and Infinite and Yahweh was every other Real Number. God wanted to make a being that turns Zero into One. A Being of Potential." Even I found myself paying attention at this point. "Thus God approached me to Borrow/Imitated Chaos and Null from me and I allowed it, because even if he Created something louder, it would still be at his side of things. Inside the Universe and I would be Outside in the Dimentional Gap. Infusing his Light with Chaos and Null, he Created Potential. The Zero that can turn into One and thus Man was made."
I mean... damn, learning the original of humans in this world is pretty cool so far.
"However neither God nor I could an anticipated what happened. Man was capable of Dreaming. As they would multiple and increase in the future, more humans would come to be, and more humans could Dream. Those Dreams coalesced and made a Dragon. A Stupid Dragon, Baka Red.
"Who was so prideful, so arrogant that he proceeded to retroactively make it that he always existed by our side since the Beginning. This caused me to become both God and Dragon, as that's the only relation to existing Beings I knew. And I was fine with that, since I've lived in my Dimensional Gap and had my Silence.
"However, Time hadn't existed yet, thus we knew Baka Red for the Fraud he was." Ophis said with a cute frowned, and I had to hold back a laugh. "He wasn't Noisy back then. Yet."
Ophis grew quiet for a while afterwards. Just looking down and scowling. We waited patiently for her to continue and when she didn't I went ahead and spoke.
"And then?"
"...And then Baka Red made everything worse." She seemed to regain her focus as she looked up again and continued. "God had made his Creations, his Humans, he had set everything up Perfectly. Humans would start slow, but then Learn and Growth, then gain Knowledge of Good and Evil when they were ready, and stand side by side with their Creator." Ophis said, the story now entering familiar grounds.
"And then Samael evil curiosity got the better of him, from Helel's jealousy and insidious words about Adam and Eve's Imperfection, and thus Samael tempted them with the Apple making them Sin and Fall." Satanael said for her.
"No." Ophis shook her head, much to the Fallen Angel's confusion. "God made the Angels Perfect, they wouldn't show Doubt, they wouldn't Complain. Even if they felt confusion they would just assume God hadn't told them everything, and they would think 'if He didn't tell them, He didn't find a need to, or would tell them later if He needed to'. This applied even to Lucifer."
Shock went through all of us listening. It felt like listening to some Lovecrafting murder mystery.
"But that's what happen... right?" I found myself asking.
"The existence of Samael is what caused Lucifer to Doubt, to Complain." Ophis said.
"Okay....? So what Satanael said what happened, is what happened." I said slowly, not seeing the point she was making, yet feeling an odd dread for some reason. A dread that I felt resonated with Satanael.
"If Samael's existence would cause such Deviation in Lucifer, God's Brightest Angel then God wouldn't have Made him." Ophis said.
I feel like she's telling us something obvious from her perspective but we're not seeing it.
Or rather, if I think about it a bit... could it really be that? It can't be, right!?
I looked at Satanael and he seemed lost. I... almost felt sorry for him, for what I think Ophis was about to say.
"I have long since been confounded by why Father did the things he did. All of this was before my creation. I could only summarize that Father simply was testing his own Angels, or gave us Free Will as he did the humans and that caused the deviation in Lucifer. Which Father allowed because he loved us, also as his own children." Satanael explained. It seemed more like he was explaining to himself, rather than us.
"Wrong." Ophis bluntly stated.
"What was it, in what I said that is wrong, Lady Ophis? I assure you, I'm not lying about these matters, as they are personal for me. Matters that I viewed myself." Satanael said, with a bit of force.
"What I'm saying is, Yahweh never Created Samael. Originally."
Silence fell on the room again, and thus time I could feel it drain color from everything them. As if the world's aura was turning grey, even if physically nothing changed.
"W-What do you mean? G-God, Father did create Samael. I know that to be—"
"When I said Humans would multiple, Dream and Create Great Red, who would then retroactively make himself be as if he was there with us since the beginning, I wasn't metaphorical. These are events I've seen." It was like an execution's hammer falling on our heads, and not just Satanael this time.
"I've seen Adam and Eve grow, make children, make more humans, be Perfected and stand by Yahweh's side. 've seen Adam and Eve bite from the Fruit of Wisdom and the Fruit of Life, with Sin never existing. I've seen humans fill the Earth, Master it, and then expand to live and fill the rest of God's Creation, the rest of the Universe.
"I've seen the Dreams of Trillions upon Trillions of Humans birth Great Red, and him retroactively making himself Exist in the Beginning.
"Great Red has seen all of this. Experienced all of this through humanity's dreams and then... considered it Boring."
"...What?" I felt the blood leave my face. My rage filled the back of my thoughts, as I felt heat fill my ears.
"Where are all the Gods?" Walburga suddenly asked, drawing attention to her. "In that history you describe, where are all the other gods?"
Satanael and I turned to look at Ophis in trepidation and anticipation.
"Haven't Existed, for nothing Created them." Ophis said, and then her next words were... "Great Red is Dream. He thought the Story of Mankind was boring, predictable. So he wanted to introduce Conflict to it. To make it Interesting."
"...no." Satanael gave a small plead whisper.
"That right." Ophis nodded at Satanael's realization. I closed my eyes as my theory turned out to be true. And my Hatred to Great Red was cemented. "Great Red created Samael, and made him to have always Existed, being part of God's First Created Beings the Angels.
"I believe the modern term is Retcon. He Retconned Samael into Existence, thus causing the Deviation in Lucifer, and the introduction of Sin by tempting Adam and Eve.
"That is why God Hates Great Red. That is why Dragons and Serpents, are the most Hated species by God. This ability by Great Red, was the only time he ever used, and ever managed to make it, since God made it so that Great Red can never use such ability again.
"Sadly, the damage had been done. The Humans learned Sin. Angels began to Fall and God... He decided to fix Great Red's mistake. Starting by making Samael Real and His Own, by Recreating him as the carrier of all His Hatred for Dragons, the Poison of God."
Killing intent carrying my wrath exploded off of me. I kept grabbing at it trying to hold it in, but a corona of red energy kept leaking from me.
"Then he Created you." Ophis said to the stunned, pale faced Satanael. "So that you can keep pushing humans till they gain the Strength of Virtue to purge Sin out of their Being."
Satanael fell off his seat. He looked down, his hair in disarray, shadows covering his eyes.
Then his shoulders began to shake.
"Heh... heheh... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Satanael laughed. He threw his head back and laughed.
He laughed and laughed and laughed hysterically, while tears freely ran down his face. He looked so elated.
And so full of despair.
