Heavy rain (Patreon)

Back in Yahoo groups there was a group "ladies in danger of undressing" (LIDOU for short). It was series of comics with ENF theme. It was interesting concepts (although taken a bit too far sometimes). One of such concept was reminded to me recently, when i was doing Ewongs request with Velma - sweater dress getting too stretched out due to being soaking wet in rain.

So i decided to make this one. Consider it remake/homage to those comics.
