Based on moment in DCAU where Mercy Graves became CEO of LexCorp after Lutor got arrested. In original she did quiet well. which i disagree with.

And i have nothing against female bosses. But jumping from bodyguard/driver to CEO is huge. So she might lack qualifications. 

Which results in loss of business, assets and even clothes, to disgruntled employees. Thankfully Lex is back to fix everything. Although he didn't had spare clothes on him. Only spare driver cap.
