Thank you for your support! ❤

James Mitchell

The stuff that your playing around with, would be good to see it pushed to hazel-dev, even if its just in a branch that is just a place your toying around with

Charles Wardlaw

Vulkan Vulkan Vulkan please! Especially if you show MoltenVK usage. 🦾

Arnon Marcus

I got 2 words for you: "Ray Tracing" :)

Arnon Marcus

I also have an artistic side, and to me the intersection of art and CG programing is in "Shading". So, here's a third word for ya... I look at your video in the office, and what catches my attention (no offence...) is the translucency back-light in the plant behind you, how the brighter more yellowish greens glow through the leaves. And also the bloom on the wall, and the scattering of light there... :)

Jim Dox.

You easily have the best C++ / OpenGL content on youtube. That said, do what you enjoy. Definitely interested to see what new content you have in mind for the future

Justin Hurst

I think story times about actual development experience that doesn't break your NDAs, but I think that would be really cool. Edit: I think it would be quick and should require minimum editing

Can Karka

I would like to see how you did your game, so not like a timelapse, more like a making of

Marian Bielcik

Multithreaded renderer please, if it is not too early for the current state of Hazel.

Caspar

Oh I have a list of stuff: 1. Like Justin Hurst says "story times about your time in gaming company " 2. Also Multithreaded renderers sounds cool as all others what has been mentioned here 3. Something with web assembly, I always imagined using things you teach in browser to create interactive 2D/3D applications (some image editing, diagraming, other stuff where c++ is a good idea, etc) 4. Server side (game servers, or real time servers) 5. CI/CD would be also very awesome to see

Hey Cherno Unfortunately my message was too long and therefore it is not shown here. I therefore sent you a private message. Cheers, starcow

Heyy, maybe it might be a good idea to share on Instagram, what are you doing this day or something very cool that you have programmed. With that, maybe you could attract more people to patreon.

Frank Hart

Focus. I know you're probing for ideas, but what is this theme of this channel now? Programming, art, music; these are very different things. Clarity. Let your patreons know what they are buying into when they sign up. I'd love, say, a road map of you content for the next 6-12 months. What should we expect? Service. Delivering rewards to all your patreons should be a priority. We love your content and a lot of us are keen to dive straight into your code. Also, regular commits. My preference would be to continue with game engine architecture. It covers so much and I'm learning a lot.

Chris Clarke

Just left a post on Discord with my thoughts.

Bhavesh Ramburn

Hey would it be possible to cover little endians and big endians

You are doing fine! But if I had a wish list, I would really enjoy getting the project to be cross platform. My primary machine is a mac (I know, I know). I find because its the environment I like the most, I don't spend as much time playing around with Hazel. You could probably get it to a working state pretty quickly (in fact it seems like others have done a lot of the work in PRs). But just having cross platform support on all new released code, would make the project look better and more professional. Just my opinion. Also, getting other basic things like drawing more shapes, sound, collision detection all help. Look forward to whatever you do :)

1. "Have you ever been an interviewer in EA? Any experience or tips to share about the job interview, especially as a game developer 2. When Hazel come to a more stable state. You can make a example folder in Hazel, an show some different scenes made by Hazel, like mini games, ocean/water, rain, snow rendering and so on, to attract more people join in the project and expand the community
