I think map keys in YAML must be unique so yaml-cpp would throw if you try to add an already existing key to a map. Could be useful to ensure entities won't end up duplicated accidentally due to some bug, or when merging then trying to load a merged YAML file. If you make Entities a map instead of a seq, and use the GUIDs as the keys, could be safer.
