[News] Monthly Roundup - January 2026! (Patreon)
Content
Hey all - welcome back to another monthly roundup! Today I want to share what we got up to in the month of January 2026! Let's get right into it!
Venturing into Unknown Lands - 1st January
That's right! We started the year with a stunning map and scene combo as part of a collaboration with the amazing Red Sun Art! If you didn't check them out yet, I would urge you to do so now as they are fantastic! :D
Winter Encounter 3 - 10th January
Well, you know you did kinda ask for it when you said you wanted more snowy maps. Well, Snowy's Maps has delivered on that promise and I released 4 more winter encounter maps for January!
Lost and Found - 11th January
This one was a really fun one to do as part of a collab with Advent's Amazing Advice. On my end, I created a mini oneshot that invites players to find the thieves' guild that dwell within the sewers, and either join their ranks or expose them to the authorities.
On Advent's end, he has taken my oneshot and has broken each area down into a more friendly format, and added some extra lore and implications for the party. Please be sure to check out their work if you didn't already!
Dungeon Encounter Rooms - 20th January
For the second map pack of the month, we took a trip to the dungeons. I have had a fair few requests for a pack like this and here I delivered a set of four battlemaps, including a 50x50 medieval village in a dungeon!
The Ship of Souls - 30th January
Which brings us to today - where I released a really fun level 10 oneshot for 4-6 players!
The Ship of Souls Synopsis
In the world of Eruga, death is not the end. Crystals buried deep in the earth allow spirits to remain, retaining their personalities, their memories, and their grudges. The dead walk among the living: ancestors tend fields they once plowed, village guardians protect descendants, and wise elders offer counsel from beyond the grave.
One city of Eruga has long prospered under undead Duke Aldric, known as "The Immortal," who has ruled for over five hundred years. Living and undead exist in perfect harmony here. But recently, the undead have been vanishing at an alarming rate. The truth is far worse than anyone suspects: Duke Aldric is not an undead. He is a scion of an ancient, technologically advanced race, banished to this world and desperate to escape. He has been merging magic and technology for centuries, building an undead-powered ship in the caverns beneath his mansion, allowing him to escape the planet without being noticed by other members of his race that are monitoring the planet for any non-medieval technology. His preparations are almost complete.
Anyways, I hope that you enjoyed this months' packs! Looking forward to sharing the upcoming releases with you! ;)
