Patreon just added a really good feature! (Patreon)

They added shop! It's a good feature because I can sell compilations of my work to non-paid members!

And the best thing is that I can make full-length doujin now with that feature! WIPs will be members-only and will publish the doujin in the shop.

That's the thing. Because someone might pledge right away as I release it. It'll be unfair to you long time members and the people that's going to buy the doujin. I can add a discount code per tier and full price for non-members. I'm still thinking how to turn this out so it'll be equal for everyone.

That's fair actually, I didn't even think of that. And a discount code seems like a good idea but could run into the same problem of people subbing just for the discount. I wish patreon had a system to base things off of how long you've been pledged

That's why you don't make doujin? Just make them anyways. So what if someone gets it from paying for one month. People will pay for what they can afford. I'm an example. I used to grab what i wanted for one month but now i just can't be bothered cause i can afford it. You're not adding convenience by charging doujins separately to "keep things fair", you're just requiring loyal members to dish out more than they already have over the months/years. That's less fair for members and not okay in my opinion.
