Steph’s looking elegant as always, but the dress on her makes her especially gorgeous! I don’t mean to be presumptuous, but is this meant for Lunar New Year? The floral design on the dress remind me of the graceful patterns of a traditional cheongsam. Reminds me of the dresses I’d see in seafood restaurants when having dim sum with family for Lunar New Year!
