Payment Issues? Here’s a Quick Reminder (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

It looks like some memberships may have become inactive due to failed payments. Patreon has already sent notifications to affected members, but I wanted to post a friendly reminder just in case.

If you notice that you’ve lost access to content or benefits, please check whether your payment method needs to be updated. Once the payment issue is resolved, your membership can be reactivated.

Honestly, I find your website a bit confusing. It's not very clear. I read the "semi-free update info" section, but I can barely read any of it because it tells me I have to pay more to see the whole thing. Sometimes I get links in emails that I click on, but they don't work. So, I'm wondering, how is this possible? Your website has three membership options, and I chose the cheapest one because I have so many mod sites I have to pay for that I have to be careful. But I've never had as many download problems on the other sites as I have on this one. It's probably just me not understanding the structure of your site. I don't know what to do. And please don't take offense at what I'm saying here; I just don't know how to navigate your site.

Yes, I was able to download two files by clicking. One is called 1279.zip and the other Wren.zip. Is that correct? I'm thinking of choosing the second membership, but I need to know if that will actually improve things. And paying $1 to see something complete is really confusing. I don't mind doing it, but if I'm already paying for a membership, why are these extra charges? I love your work, I really do; for me, you're the best animation creator. I hope your website lives up to your amazing work.

Just 1279.zip? As for Wren.zip, I’m not familiar with that one. It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot so I can see what kind of files were included. I’ve already shared 1279.zip, and thank you for the compliments! I always try to help each patron find the option that best suits their interests. However, I believe the latest post you saw is probably the best choice for you. Generally, the update with the highest number is released first. However, there was also a $1 tier update that isn’t available to your current membership level. Since you’re subscribed to a higher tier, Patreon doesn’t always display the content from the $1 tier in the same way, which may be why you can’t see that specific post.

Hi, again: Thank you for your kind replay. In the link you recommended me to use, now I only see file 1279; I don't know what happened to the other one. Anyway, the links of the "floor" and the "bed" aren't working for me. I mean, I can't download them unless they're inside file 1279. Where can I share the screenshot? I tried to paste it here, but it doesn’t work.
