Daniel Abraham chat (Patreon)

Here’s the conversation with Daniel Abraham, co-author of The Expanse. We talk mostly about the specifics of The Expanse’s worldbuilding, but also more generally about his career and writing (from 1hr:16m in the audio). This is being released just for Patrons (:

The Essos video is underway – so we’re researching all the weirdest places in ASOIAF, like Asshai, the Five Forts, and Sothoryos. May also include Yi Ti, Ib, the Thousand Islands, the Jogos Nhai, the Bones… what places do you most want to hear about?

The Leviathan Wakes video will be an analysis of The Expanse Book 1 and Season 1, exploring the plot intricacies, characters and themes. We’ll also look at the differences between books and tv.

Have you guys seen Maniac on Netflix? It’s a really strange stylish drama, kinda reminiscent of The OA. I haven’t finished the season yet, but thinking it might be worth a video – what do you think?

Not sure what order these videos will come in… but they’re all pretty exciting – thanks for your support this month!
