Working on the Dorne bit

It doesn't make an awful lot of sense that the Sand Snakes are in control of Dorne – they're illegitimate bastards who murdered the rightful Lord Doran Martell. And Olenna maybe shouldn't control the Reach – she's not really a Tyrell, but a Redwyne who married a Tyrell.

The overall idea of a Martell-Tyrell-Targaryen alliance is cool though, and probably where the books are headed anyway.

I'm not quite happy with this visual design yet – it's pretty messy. Might try using family trees instead.

Bastards' birthrights and things seem to me to be not just black and white in ASOIAF, as despite the fact that some people are bastards, they can become effectively 'noble' just through political influence. E.g, Jon Snow being proclaimed King in the North even though (they think) he is a bastard, and so has no real noble birthright (though Robb did name him his heir in the books). Perhaps the sand snakes and Ellaria are accepted as the rulers because of popularity. You can see why they might be. In the show, Doran Martell was portrayed as very weak and quite docile, unlike Oberyn. Doran wasn't very archetypally Dornish, whereas arguably the Sand Snakes and Ellaria are, which might make them popular. Of course this is speculation as there is no on-screen evidence.

A Thousand Nialls.

Cersei's not a Baratheon, either; it seems all the kingdoms are in disarray, and ripe for someone with the right lineage to clean house.
