Really - it's unfair to stop Evee right when she's getting on top of things. All the risks she's taken, challenges met - she's been trying as hard as she can!

Explaining everything to Serena would take too long, and even then - she wouldn't understand the Hurt of Inferiority that Evelynn's dragged around for years. All Serena knows is the Burden of Success and Back Pain...

Still, charming her one friend Serena doesn't sit well with Evelynn. She deserves better - there's all sorts of ways to prevent someone from speaking or command them, given a little bit of magical know-how. No need for something so blunt as a full charm spell, stripping all personality away.

Evee's going to get right on that - once she masters a few enhancement and endurance spells for her male friends, to make sure they can always rise to the challenge.

(Side Note: As of this page, I am halfway done with the comic! Probably! I have not finalized the story/pacing next 19 pages of layouts, so there's a chance an extra page or two could sneak in there, but as of now - Halfway There!)
