You give Kazuma too much credit, he never touched the girl in the flashbacks, he straight up missed. He most likely died without touching a single non-relative woman in his previous life.

The "Yes i'm Kazuma" is an ad lib that became a running joke. This voice actor just understands the show and his role.

They gave the voice actors an astonishing amount of freedom for improv. Kasuma's "Yes, I'm Kazuma" line which becomes one of the biggest ongoing gags, was completely improved. Another fun fact. Before Konosuba, Aqua's voice actress was on the verge of ending her career because she was not considered a good VA. To be frank though, every voice actor in the series is just swinging for the fences which is perfect and I wouldn't replace any of them.

From my understanding, the new goddess (Eris) in this episode is the goddess in charge of this universe/world's deceased, Aqua was in charge of Earth (I'm just assuming its planets not universes).
