For me when it comes to tipping its voluntary. You shouldn't need tips to get a full pay. But if I thought the meal was good and want to pay little extra it should either go to whobserved me or split evenly between everyone

Ok here is even more follow up information as a lot happen after the follow up episode. In 2018 Samy got deported as he failed to disclosed that he served time for extortion and drug charges. In 2022 Amy has posted publicly online that she filed for divorce (big shocker). The restaurant itself is closed down and the building is now a Art Studio.

1:16:35 As someone with Tourette's syndrome that statement really irks me. Tourette's is both a physical and mental disability and is also so rare it only affects less than 1% of the world's population, also while yes one of the symptoms is to swear involuntarily it is a very rare symptom that occurs in 1 of 10 cases.

Gotta get LOTR out! it's been the release dates the last three days. lol.

Calling Gordon Ramsey, a man who was brutally abused by his father for all of his childhood, and suffered through the equally abusive restaurant system for his entire professional career to become (arguably) the most famous celebrity chef in the world, a "pansy" is absolutely insane.

What are the odds that the real reason Sammy kept the tips was because he was using the restaurant to launder money? Like, you pay the servers in cash under the table, then you claim the tips, and now you have clean money.

lol I’m pretty sure only like 20-30% of the news segment you skipped, before the exclusive footage, was in the beginning. They had quite a bit more information in that segment

In the United States, tips are considered property of the wait staff, it is illegal for owners to take or withhold any portion of those tips for any reason, such as punishments. Implementing a tip pool that includes kitchen staff and bussers is allowed, but it is still illegal for managers and owners to take part in the tip pool.

You know, I went to a local Indian restaurant last week. I'd never had Indian food and I thought I'd try it. When the server came to my table i said to him, "I'd like to try something, but I have heard that the spice palette of Indian food can be kind rough if you're not used to it so I was wondering what you'd recommend that's maybe a little tame on the spicy side" to which the server responded "McDonald's".

I was today years old when I learned that calling someone a pansy is considered homophobic. I didn’t even know it had anything to do with gay people.
