Funny story actually, moved into a complex with my friend and when I was out grocery shopping he told me to get lettuce. I came back with cabbage.... he doesn't let me into the kitchen any more

It’s probably a good thing I missed this live. The amount of angry ranting and swearing I would have done in the first 30 minutes would have gotten me timed out, at the least. ARRRRRGH!!!!! (EDIT) Came back after I saw the salmon and I know EXACTLY what he did! None of that’s actually breading, it’s all seasoning! My mom makes something similar to this with pork that looks a lot like the “breading” on this, but mixes the seasoning into the breading to add to the flavor, only her’s is done right! This is an ABOMINATION!

DING DING DING. 90% of the shows on Kitchen Nightmares are people that have never worked in a restaurant and often have no cooking knowledge at all. They just think it'd be neat to own a restaurant and go in with no plans at all.

How can a restaurant owner not know you need a license to sell alcohol!?! It's literally the "A" in ATF! Also at least in my state (I don't know if it's federal) even as Staff you may need a certification to Serve alcohol!

Regarding liquor licenses, I have to carry one in my delivery van. I deliver for FedEx and I have to card anyone who orders alcohol online for delivery. The same way I would if I was selling liquor at a store or restaurant.
