Watch "Sonic 1x1" on Streamable.

Comments

jb

Glad you enjoyed it cause the movies get exponentially better from here.

KuroOberon

so excited youre doing these movies, havent been able to get the third one out of my head since i saw it :D

KuroOberon

fun fact: sonic 2 and 3 are the only sequels jim carrey has ever done

Kazukima

Now I thought Alcia was wild with the observation of Eggman and his assistant's relationship. But now after a rewatch, now I'm not so sure lol.

Lucifer Moon

DO NOT FORGET TO WATCH THE KNUCKLES SERIES ON PARAMOUNT BEFORE MOVING ON TO SONIC 3

BewearKing64

She gonna looooove Sonic 2 and 3!

Fraud, evader of taxes

FINALLY someone to say and mention how sonic unleashed daytime levels were awesome and indeed were peak

Lucifer Moon

to be fair montana is that boring for cops. I used to live in a place in montana that only had cops 2 times year.

Skoonie

Fun fact, Agent Stone (played by Lee Majdoub) was initially only going to be a background character, but he and Jim Carrey had such good on-screen chemistry, that Jim insisted he have a more prominent role in the movies.

Nightwolf37

I'm happy you enjoyed it......PLEASE DO 2 & 3

Game Dragon

Jim Carrey actually retired AFTER this movie, not before. But yes, the role did bring him back. I don't think he's going to do any other movies, but something about this one seems to have clicked with him.

Lucifer Moon

ALSO YES, PREACH GIRL, I also kept getting super gay vibes from robotnik and stone as well.

G0R0_!ch!B@n25

Yeah, no, Stone is TOTALLY gay for Robotnik.

BakaSama

I totally did not expect this, but I very much enjoyed it. I was looking for an excuse to check this out and it didn’t disappoint. While I’m sad we got skinny Robotnik, Jim Carrey knocked it out of the park with his portrayal. This is top tier video game film adaptation, which normally wouldn’t be saying a lot, but this was also just good all around. Also, did anyone besides me take the Mushroom World as a little dig at Mario?

Kael Thomas

I got used to long car rides as a kid, we always used to visit my grandma once or twice a year and we live like 3 hours away. I was never a "are we there yet?" kid.

Rej

SHAMAN KING MENTIONED! :D

NebulaNyx

Im honestly suprised how much I enjoyed rewatching this and the next 2 movies are even better. Cant wait for you to see them.

Otomos

The movies are good, but I grew up on the games, so the original iterations of them win out to me. Jim Carrey definitely knew what who he was playing. Very fun performance from him

DustyDraugr

I hope she can watch sonic Boom after these

masteroftheassassins

What’s really funny is that my sister and I grew up on Sonic the Hedgehog but my wife wasn’t a fan until she saw the first movie last year. Now one of our nicknames for each other is Doughnut Lord and Pretzel Lady. We even occasionally call our cat Collateral Damage 😂 Also, any time you talk about you and your fiancé makes my heart melt. You deserve all the happiness and love in the universe and I’m more than happy to support in any way I can 💙

MMDXXX

Ooh the Sonic Movie? This is gonna be a real treat!

Gildarts1#fan

Oh Wow! I didn't expect sonic. What a surprise.

Memento Forever

Unleashed is my favorite sonic game and I loved the werehog stages

Taxima

Makes me wonder if she'll watch the Knuckles series.

Capt.J0HN

alicia you should always wait for the animated credits to end and see, in all sonic movies you can see a teaser for the next movie!!

Faroth

i just remembered that the way i found out about Alicia was by looking into SonicBoom videos on yt and find her reaction of the "out of context" video... she should react to that show, is an underated gem, specially Knuckles and Sticks

Kampela

About Jim Carrey, if i remember right before movie was released he was strongly against reworking Sonic character from original trailer to appease internet comments. After movie had released and was extremely successful, He stated that he was happy that he was wrong. And hey, it takes an adult to admit they are wrong.

Andhy Salvatore

Hopefully tomorrow as in today? Cant waitt

Grdaat

So here's something weird. According to the filmmakers the Olive Garden stuff wasn't even product placement, they just thought it would be funny if that was how a General tried to bribe the public.

Dreadnought

AYO I was just thinking I need to finally get around to watching these. ALICIA COMING IN CLUTCHHHHHH.

leviathan_13

To be honest, the whole thing of "fixing Sonic from feedback" always felt like engineered marketing. Like, the plan was to release a bad draft to create buzz and "fix it" to reap good karma. But that's just my trust issues talking, so for now I'll assume good faith and say good for them!

QcNumber1

I'm so happy to see you react to the Sonic Movies. Before you do Sonic 3 if you want watch the Knuckles series before end as it's a continuation after sonic 2 but on Knuckles perspective.

Dubble Tt

This was a really fun movie when I first saw it, but watching with Alicia was an absolute blast!!! Haven't even seen the 2nd or 3rd movies but now, actual excitement ensues! It ENSUEEEEES!!!!

Bologna Amputation

The guy who made the "Nipples the Enchilada" comic like 10 years ago worked on this movie!

Lance Ivy

alica said "gurl stfu" like her sister said that shit to her lol

Lance Ivy

silly rat small towns in america dont have local grocery stores they have doller general

major charmander

if noone has said yet the mushroom plant is thought to be throwing shade at mario cause of the mushroom kingdom

David Heath

Believe me Alicia, its not just you. #stonebotnik is a real thing on instagram for a reason.

Hynkka

So I'm seeing this the first time with you, and I gotta say I was not aboard this whole idea when the movie first came out. Now that I'm about 30 minutes in and Robotnik has had some screen time, I can confidently say that while this is not what I want it to be, it's damn good. I'm excited for the rest and the other movies. Maybe I'll play some of the classics while I'm at it.

Game Wizard001

The only other video game adaptation that really did amazing besides Sonic in my mind is The Last of Us.

Tico Machi

Canadian here. We do have Olive Gardens.

The Talanton

1:18:51 - Yep, yeah. As someone in the lifestyle, yes.

Atomic Ap3x

Absolutely do a fast and furious binge

CrazyChameleon

... Can we just address for 1 second the amount of people on life support or in bad situations that just died because sonic just blew out power for half the USA XD

Vivica the witch

You said Shaman King and I had to go listen to the 4kids intro which unironicly slapps.

EnderSlayer366

Jim Carrey has been retired a while, but he comes out of retirement whenever there's a new Sonic movie, it is literally the only thing he does anymore lmao

JaKighCooperMoore

You definitely should do a fast and furious binge
