I just realised that the solution that Spongebob had in Procrastination to complete his essay is exactly something I did in school back then. We were supposed to write an essay in english class with free choice of topic and then present it in front of class. Since I always have been procrastinating I still didnt have a topic the day before class, until I got the idea to make the procrastination itself and my struggle with it the topic. Its fun seeing it mirrored here xD

I can definitely see why some people dislike this episode, but this is still super entertaining to me and it remains in my good pile. All Starfish are dumb, and the shenanigans in this episode were caused by it. I don't take on board any of the mean spirited-ness, so I'm still able to enjoy it as an episode. :)

Because of ADHD my procrastination is insane, been struggling for years, really ruining my life, I don't want to be medicated like I was in my childhood. Sometimes i will sit there in front of my work doing nothing like spongebob or ill just go to sleep. Or i'll just give up and waste my life on internet

Alicia your advice is good, especially since I am a writer, so breaking it down should help, and sometimes I'll go to the library to write, it really helps, but I always give myself 5 hour long goals of trying to finish an entire chapter instead of mentally breaking it down to like pages or something
