Jake. Personally, I like the idea of opposites attracting, but ONLY if they're opposites in ways that complement eachother. Things like a person who loves to talk about their interests and a person who loves to listen. A person who's sanitary and likes to keep things tidy and a person who's more rough and enjoys more manual labor. A person who likes to be the little spoon and a person who likes to be the big spoon.

Yeah... Reason why we love Finn is how he has his arcs of doing some very questionable things that he innevitably grows up from like any regular teenager would.

On Jake's freakout over the kids sleeping/fearing they're not breathing. When my partner and I had kids, we got this little clip on monitor to attach to their diaper that tracks movements. It goes off if it detects no movement for too long - indicating that breathing has stopped. OR that the clip came loose. That little breathing monitor was the only reason I got any sleep when they were 0-3 months or so. It was like $30-$50 if memory serves - absolutely worth it.
