After rewatching this two I am now convinced. The trilogy is mid at best and most of us just remember it better than it is due to nostalgia. Tobey does a great job at playing Peter and that's it.

I highly disagree with you when you say that you agree with the pizza guy. HE is the one making the promise that it's free if it doesn't arrive within 29 minutes. If he can't afford to keep that promise then he shouldn't be making it. And especially shouldn't allow it for such large orders The whole "get it delivered in X time or it's free" thing stopped being done for a good reason. People DIED because of traffic accidents from delivery drivers rushing out of fear for their jobs.

To answer your question about Harry toward the end there. While the Goblin Formula brought it to the forfront in Norman, its implied that the family has a history with mental illness even before the formula comes into play. But with the formula, it brought out all the latent mental illness that was under the surface, and sped past it, right into full on insanity along with Dissociative Identity Disorder, in the form of the Goblin Personality. And since mental illness can sometimes run in families, Harry has experienced a lot over the past year since his father's death, and even before that with how his dad acted. But after it? He lost his girlfriend, he took over a company he wasn't ready to lead, his investment into Otto's experiments led to deaths and tons of damage, his professional reputation in the dumps, and being partially responsible for Otto's decent into crime added onto this which people likely blamed him for, and now he finds out that his best friend (one of his last pillars of support) is Spider-Man (the guy he believes killed his father). After all that, combined with the possibilty of his families possible history of mental illness, Work-related stress, Relationship problems, Stressful life events, and possibly a lack of coping skills due to his upbrining? Creates a perfect storm for a complete mental break.

love watching you react to these movies and make sure to watch the amazing spider-man of Andrew Garfield cause you said Tobi is the best Peter Parker, well Andrew to many is the best Spider-Man. I'll await your reaction to it. and it's also good you watch them before watching the other Marvel movies cause you'll understand some easter egg better if you do. NO SPOILERS of course. Also some Marvel shows need to be watch before certain movies but I'm sure your friend that gave you the list already set that up for you.

spiderman 2. what many consider to be the best spiderman movie ever(Not counting the animated ones since that is a bit different from live action movies) which is something hard to argue.

When he missed the play, he HAS the crushed bike to prove he almost got run over.. She's mad because it sounds like just another excuse over the phone, but he had simply waited outside with the bike to greet her after the show, she would have been happy he wasn't hurt and Way more understanding... Even partial truths like "my bike got run over by gunmen evading police, but I was able to jump out of the way. You should see them on the news tonight" are better than just "sorry I was late again, I had issues with my bike"

I personally think this is the strongest entry of the 3 movies and it does a good job Setting up the question "Is being spiderman really worth it?" Sam ramie is such a good character writter. He manages to make such good narrative opposites of characters, Like Doc octavious is literally everything Peter wants in his life, right down to the red haired wife. Also Adore we get to see his experrience with horror movies at display. The build up being slow is so worth it cause i don´t think the later half would work without

I really love this movie, but i think in ways its done irreparable damage to spiderman, It was always a prblem, but especially after this movie spiderman in almost every medium, but especially in the comics, cannot put on his own airbag. he cant prioritize even the most basic commitments to his friends or his professional commitments. its one thing to be hardluck peter parker, its anotehr thing to actually be a flake to every single person in your life because you cant accept that maybe something somewhere bad will happen to someone.. I it matters you to that much, start a patreon or something peter.

The mini-sun thing that Octavius was trying to make is actually just a nuclear fusion reactor. Just like with the movie, the current challenge with nuclear fusion is maintaining a stable reaction. In the comics, the black guy, Robie, that said "I heard spider man was there" actually knows that Peter Parker is Spiderman and this was presumably a hint that he knows here too

Regarding the scene in the bank, I think this movie came out a couple of years after they started minting the gold colored Sacagawea one dollar coins, so while storing them in bags rather than rolls like any other coin is cartoony as hell, technically there was a legal tender that looked like that rather than just random good doubloons.
