when i was a sous chef we would have a comaptition friday night after closing . we would make a dish and the one chef liiked best got on the menue for the week . it was realy great ....idk team investment i have never felt so actualy a part of aomething as i was with them .

not even 1 minute in the episode and we've found the problem GG XD One of the stupidest thing I've seen in this show. 2 minutes in: oh no they're not just stupid they're entitled karens, ngl I thought they were going to be at each other throat with 2 owners but they seem to both be scum. 7 minutes in: it gets worse every minutes this shit could be a sitcom, ex husband chef, alcoholic sister and smoking one. Not even 10 minutes in: I want to throw hands, also b*tch is hiding like Chopper Based Sarah tho New sitcom character dropped: Zesty Shoes salesman aura farming 2 seconds later: well wouldn't you like to know BUS BOY 2 more seconds: the f*ck you mean he's fired (also he most probably is better than her)

Might be an unpopular opinion but honestly I really like the older sister. Now, to be clear, she is not qualified to run a restaurant, but she's hilarious to me. Even when it seems like she's being mean to her employees, it never seems that serious. Most of what she says just seems like banter (like cmon we've all said "I'm gonna kill you" and not really mean it, but I agree it's unprofessional and definitely horrible for a boss to say to their employees), and in the next scene she's talking to them without an attitude just fine. Wouldn't want her as a boss, but honestly I think she'd be kinda fun to hang out with.

Lisa's attitude in particular reminds me of how much I dislike this "Retail Worker's Syndrome" mindset towards customer interactions. Granted, I've never argued with employees as a customer, I just buy groceries (for example), get out and if I'm in a good mood, would say "goodbye" or "thank you very much" before bolting back to my house (because I don't have the time to argue with people in real life, I go from point A to point B and that's it). I saw tons of that swarmy, denialist attitude on many a Tumblr blog when I was younger, and by "younger", I mean this was back around 11-13 years ago when I was a teenager (so, 2012-2014, meaning I was around 13-16 years old at the time). As much as I don't like Reddit, at least there is a CHANCE of someone holding others to account when such behaviour is practised.. At least with YouTube's comments section, you can laugh at the lengths people go to argue and hold each other to account and disagree with such attitudes. On Tumblr? NOPE! Just endless praise-based responses of "Yeah, fuck the customers!", "Reblogged!", "This!" (which, by the way, is where the inflexion of the term "This!" originated or was popularised, it was used as such a term within that context frequently on Tumblr and became part of the common slang vernacular in North America and Europe) and "I feel for you". This attitude is already bad enough; enabling it is leagues worse. I guess that's why I tend to be quite harsh towards this "the customer is not always king" because they also have lives of their own and already have enough shit to deal with and that's what gets under my skin the most, even more so when I was younger, because i tended to care a little too much. TL;DR FUCK Lisa, on top of her alcoholism. It's not a disease, it's an addiction and with addictions, you have to kill the avenues of enabling behaviour because that invites more lying, because addicts always lie.
