While people often think of Hawkeye as the weakest Avenger (ps: not criticising, I just find it interesting how successful he is)... technically, he is actually the most consistently successful member. He has been on the winning side of almost every conflict. In Thor, he was ordered not to get involved. In Avengers, he was turned by loki, who then got away with the Tesserect alongside Clint. Clint then successfully stole a chemical alongside Loki who allowed himself to get captured. Clint successfully freed Loki and split up the avengers (and almost single-handedly took down a helicarier). He then is back on the avengers team and they beat Loki. Avengers 1 win 3 losses. Clint 4 wins 0 losses. In Avengers 2, they all sort of win against von strucker, then their first win against Ultron at Avengers tower (though he does escape with the scepter... hard to say, but maybe it is a loss for the avengers). Then the Avengers are beaten at the meeting with Klaue (where Klaue sells Vibranium to Ultron). Wile they all lost, Clint was the only one never to get brainwashed by Wanda (It seems like Banner was off screen... idk). The next fight, The Avengers manage to recover and awaken Vision... they have a short kind of conflict (?) with each other. Then they eventually win together against Ultron. Avengers 2 mostly all won/lost together. Avengers 3 wins 2 losses - Clint 4 wins (if you could him not getting done by Wanda) otherwise 3. In Civil war, Clint shows up and restrains Vision (impressive) long enough for him to convince Wanda to join team Cap. Team Cap then (arguably) wins, since they achieved their goal (even though Clint and others got captured). Won both times he was present. In Infinity war, Clint was not present (being under house arrest), and the Avengers lost every single conflict (besides the fight with team cap against Proxima Midnight and Corvus Glaive at the start). 5 losses, 1 minor win. In Endgame, they did beat pushover Thanos without him... if you want to count that. He then lost to Natasha, and they eventually won against Thanos. He may be seen as the weakest, but if he is almost always on the winning side, and when he isn't present, it usually goes badly for the Avengers.

I don't care for Imagine Dragons. But... I do enjoy Radioactive. Of course Weird Al's cover "Inactive" is better. Yeah, I am that girl. As someone who is also hard of hearing, the hearing aid being stomped on hurts on a deeply personal level.

Clint gets so much hate because he's not as 'cool or powerful' as other avengers, but even he says he's just a regular human with a bow and arrows. He knows he's limited on the power scale, but he still does the job. He's very self aware of where he stands, and I respect him as a character for it.

I never feel too dirty even when I am covered in Horse shit, but that’s because I was brought up in a very rich environment with a lot of egotistical people so as a result, I looked down on most rich people and treat them as insignificant compared to me. Hawkeye in the MCU started out as an assassin for Shield(+Hydra) for more than a decade, and then he went on a 5 year criminal killing-spree around the world as Ronin during the Blip. Based on just those 2 periods, Clint would easily have a kill count over a thousand. And that's not including his time as an active Avenger fighting aliens, Hydra, terrorists, etc. Also Captain America has a substantial kill count too, remember he started out killing Nazis and Hydra soldiers in WW2 alongside Bucky.

It makes me really happy that you are enjoying this series. Knowing your feelings of Hawkeye in the MCU movies I thought you might not like it. I don't think he ever gave you a reason to dislike him, but comparing him to those that stand in the limelight, he sticks to the shadows for a reason.

I correct myself. The finale and maybe penultimate episode will do fine. Name one moment from the in-between episodes that people actually want to see be reacted to. It’s not a show people are going to want to revisit. No one looks up Hawkeye reactions outside of that cameo. This will get those following Alicia’s Marvel reactions and probably not all of them.

first time watching this series, i always liked that hawkeye in his own words, "is just a dude with a bow and nice arrows between literal gods" which is kinda like usopp in the strawhats but since this is mafia and daredevil style of plotwists series, an actual plotwist would be that the fiance isnt the bad guy and her mother was the actual killer, getting engaged with a rich family to get heritance and killing the old guy to make the fiance get more money and killing the guy with a sword knowing his fiance could be blamed and not her and she gets all the money... and who knows, maybe she killed her husband in 2012 too to get the heritance money and saying it was an accident during the alien invasion, maybe the threatening the guy did to her was that he found evidence of this and then she decided to kill him to get away with it... maybe the fiance was in the black market just for actually being a fan of swords and hide being good with that just because he actually was trying to be nice with her future daughter in law or maybe he was a shield agent for a time or something and i mean, she organized the gala for donations and there is black market auction there? and she didnt know? working in security stuff? that's just sus

the main thing with Hawkeye is that he's a spy...he's not meant to be in actual battles....covert operations and small team missions are his specialty, he's actually a lot better than most others in those situations....granted he is better than an average solider and if he was in a battle situation would likely make it better for his side he's best in covert operations

I feel like you forgot that Cap was literally in a war, WWII and Bucky was a Soviet assassin. Both were shown to have no problem killing in Winter Soldier too. While I think you're right that they probably have a lower body count that Black Widow, Cap and Bucky's body counts are far from low. Same with Clint actually, as he was basically an assassin as well, just for the US.

Bucky probably doesn't actually have that high of a body count. He was captured pretty early on, and after being taken as the Winter Soldier, he was only used for discreet important assassinations, not sent out to just kill any random person.
