I firmly believe that Oda intentionally left out the perspective of Celestial Dragon slaves up til this point just so this backstory hit that much harder. Because there was tons of times where he could have gone into more visual detail about the horror of being a slave, but he always kept it to a few panels or to expositon. Until now. Until this damn flashback.

tbh i have long thought about it too, like yeah they do deny you the ability to swim and it does seem like they could be all about being denied by nature as vegapunk puts it, but with how much we are slowly learning about the government and the slow introduction of imu and all that stuff especially in these recent episodes...i really do feel like they used to be something more positive or be regarded as such back then but was changed in name and rep later on.

I highly doubt Blackbeard isn't the final boss, he's been set up as the anti-Luffy since his very first scene. I would be surprised if Imu is even defeated by Luffy directly. Also, crazy thing to say these guys are in an entirely different ballpark, when they seemingly obviously possess Mythical Zoan Devil Fruits and Blackbeards main thing hes known for is stealing devil fruit powers.

Same, I'm more inclined to believe that Blackbeard will play a role in taking down Imu and the world government, a convenient ally but not by choice just similar interested. But unlike Luffy, Blackbeard do seem to have an interest in ruling and I can see that if the world government and its top dogs is put to kneel, then BB would likely not be against stepping up as the new king of the world with all his powers.

Fun bit of observation when Luffy hit Kizaru with the Star Gun. While many argue that the glowing portion when he hit em was his haki, I argue that Kizaru at the last minute tried to disperse into light to lessen the blow...only for Luffy's devil fruit to TURN LIGHT INTO A RUBBERY SUBSTANCE the moment his fist made contact. Which is impossible. But "Nika" can do the impossible.

I mean by episode 1137 the first two egghead openings are watchable, i do agree that its better to wait till the end of egghead arc since the current opening is also spoiler heavy( not as much as the last one) but thats cuz we are near the end of the arc. Also i dont mean to be that correction guy but your gunna confuse people by saying "saga" instead of " arcs". Reason being is arcs are different from saga. Arcs are individual story line/plots that are contained in the saga. Example is east blue saga contains every arc up till reverse moutain/loguetown(excluding filler). By saying "saga" your including alot since the next arc is also part of the "saga" that is currently going on.

Thats why luffy ivercharged the hit and we see it as putting haki in his fist before throwing the punch which is a first for nika form, since was said he always hits using armor adn co querors at the same time all the time so seeing it on screen means he overcharged that hit to nullify the DF of kizaru
