So after you finish season 1 of Hells Kitchen, I know a lot of anime has come out and you’re reacting to cartoons as well (still desperately awaiting more She-Ra and you finished it before it disappears off Netflix) but you planning to do more cooking shows? 15:18 Chef here with some insight: egg whites will test your patience, skill level, and culinary values. Depending on the batch size, 6-8 minutes to whip the egg whites, in 1-minute intervals, and increasing the speed by 1 every interval. This ensures the bubbles remain the same size throughout the batter. Whipping them fast from the start traps too much air and creates larger bubbles. Larger bubbles mean they'll rise to the surface while baking and the souffle collapses as a result.

Snacking on pretzels. Ralph and Michael are better men than I am. After only getting two hours of sleep, I don’t think I would have been quite so ambivalent to Jessica telling me to hurry up and wake up knowing she got more sleep (and did less work). And the final judgment by the families was definitely the highlight of this episode.

I'm no chef, and I barely cook in fact. I am a very finicky eater. If I had to cook the Chicken for this dinner, I think I would do something like lift the skin, put a cheese w/ stuffing on the meat, then put the skin back on and bake? Kind of like a "stuffed turkey" but with cheese in the bread mix, too? Not sure how that sounds to anyone or if it would work. Any opinions?
